There is no water in the small pool in front of the villa, and you can't play with water. The room I stayed in was not hygienic until 4:30, and I couldn't go back to the room to rest. The bathroom is wet when you check in. It feels not hygienic. After the shower, the whole bathroom is full of water. The price is moderate in the local area during peak season.
