Check-in/Check-out: 5/5 You actually enter the restaurant and are greeted by very friendly staff who will explain everything and will even give nice recommendations for navigating the city and show it on a map. 2. Rooms(cleanliness, amenities, technology, etc.): 2/5 We had the bigger(est?) room and it was awesome! Very spatious, separate bedroom and a GREAT shower you don’t want to get out of. You open large windows and the whole square is in front of you. No ability to cast phone to TV. The biggest issues were the pillows. They were BAD. Not comfortable at all. 3. On-premise restaurants: 4/5 We had a la carte breakfast here, and it was ok. 4. Pool area: n/a 5. Service:5/5 Overall weighted score: 4.0 out of 5.0 Notes: 1)If you do need to park your car, go to Hilton, they have 24hr parking in their underground garage. Otherwise, street parking is hourly. Would we come back? Yes if the pillows are upgraded.
