Pros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good. Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country). 2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary. 3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

Special thanks, my much appreciation for Mr. Joshua who welcomed me with high hospitality, warm face and with friendly service in the evening while I arrived to the hotel, even he was responsible for Check-Out Service. And didn’t count for the deposit, which made me feel so welcomed guest🌹 Hotel is nice, clean, and full of snacks, water, tea in the room, also all of them are free. Small things: the water in the sink going in so slowly, and the shower water has middle thrust. AC in the room works 100% well, sometimes i felt myself in the Antarctica❄️🥶👍 Breakfast: doesn’t have Pickled cucumbers and Masala tea. The foods mostly based for Asian style, not European or Mediterranean 🥲 But all good and nice😊 Philippine and its people are very kind, friendly, always like to help, always speaks with respect. Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.

Nós só tentamos Nobu Hotel porque está perto do DreamPlay, onde nossa filha comemorou o seu aniversário. Booked this hotel for the minion run event, stayed for 1 night. We roam around during night time. Very near the parqal mall and ayala manila bay mall. Very nice location, friendly staff, you have your designated parking space. you can also use their swimming pool. Very quite area. Good place to relax.

During our stay at the hotel for my mom, we found the experience to be truly delightful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made us feel at ease and relaxed throughout our visit. The rooms were not only spotless but also designed for comfort, providing a cozy atmosphere that my mom appreciated. The staff was attentive and ensured that all our needs were met, adding to the overall positive experience. Given how much we enjoyed our stay, we are certain that we will choose this hotel again for future visits. It provided everything we were looking for, making it an easy decision to return.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.
