"Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap.
There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel.
The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time.
Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options.
Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it?
Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea.
I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean.

We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away.
The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black.
I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better.
Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included.

"The hotel was beautiful. The room we got was spacious for a family of 3. It had a wonderful view, where the location was truly remarkable. It showcased the possibility of wanting to live there. The pool too was well planned that you'd be swimming with mountain on view.

What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination.
The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service."

MMs. WilsonIt was our first time here and will definitely come back. The place is relaxing. Some of the staff are nice and friendly some are not. The room we booked is spacious can fit more than 2 people. The only downside is the amenities and breakfast buffet. Food varieties is not worth the price. Nothing much to do inside Anya but if you're looking for a chill place and have a quiet conversation this is a place for you. Hoping the next time they will add more amenities like sauna and other activities to do inside.

UUsuário convidadoVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

All of the hotel staff were very accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was fast.
The room was clean. what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The location is great, too.
The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options, but everything was palatable and tasted good.
No complaints at all. We’ll definitely be coming back!

UUsuário convidadoThe location itself is very nice. Really 'monticello', a small mountain. It is easy to find, if driving, Hotel Monticello is between the Tagaytay-Nasugbu road and the Mendez road. This hotel is between the highway and the normal way (if you call it that). Not very new, actually the hotel is a bit old. That is its downside. But still okay with us. Just five floors high, the view is already magnificent. Or maybe where you are situated. Mind you, the white orchids that greet you when you come in are all very nice and very healthy! Overall, Tagaytay is a cool region, and it is windy. so even without electric fan or aircondition, the air is cool. Take a scroll down at the pool area, pass some time enjoying the air, or be misted with the light drizzle, now that's something!

UUsuário anônimoRoom smells awful, parang amoy lumang gamit , lalo na yung banyo, ang baho! parang amoy pawis na natuyo ang amoy, maybe yung mop na ginamit nd malinis, shampoo & conditioner luma din mukhang hindi nagrefill, yung labatory barado, yung maliit na unan nd bagong palit ang cover, amoy anit na! Ewww.pero isang tawag lang gagawin naman nila lahat,tho nice location , malapit sa lahat, staffs are very friendly & accomodating naman. Breafast is good! Over all stay ok naman. 👍

BBenchLouieLocation is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

UUsuário anônimoTaal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

Our stay at Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay had its ups and downs. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and featured an attic room, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep.
The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement.

Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great.
Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.
