"一年內第二次住這家酒店。 前台對於我們的要求都熱情滿足。 唯一有點小遺憾就是：酒店備有洗衣房，但明明調好時間洗衣乾衣的，也調好鬧鐘下去洗衣房拿衣服，結果到洗衣房看到的是程序被重新開始，打開看衣服沒幹透、時間也過去了。 去年也遇到同樣情況，衣服沒幹完就被取出來放一邊……。如果有提示客人留意洗衣機乾衣機的工作狀態，避免出現這樣子的情況，容易客人間有矛盾。"

"到了八宿後臨時找的酒店，門面還比較大，所以就訂了。酒店後面有很大停車場，也能夠沖洗車輛（服務員耐心幫忙解決了沖洗設備開關問題）。房間有製氧機、加濕器、空調、一次性馬桶套等，房間的床枕等用品都是很乾凈的，整體還是不錯的。 可以改進的就是窗邊上的沙發座墊看上去還有一些污漬跡，讓人就坐不下去了。"

The hotel has its own catering service, and dinner can be ordered and eaten in your room, which is very convenient. The hotel butler service is excellent and responsive. Rooms have oxygen concentrators, and the underfloor heating is powerful. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, but it's recommended to go early, as the kitchen staff finishes work at 9:00, and there's not much food left. Cleanliness could be improved. Early mornings are a good time to drive to the upper and lower reaches of the lake to watch the sunrise."
