Many shortcomings - felt like we were staying in a lodge, not in a hotel. First of all - all rooms in the hotel are smoking rooms. We got know about that only after check-in when we experienced stinking smoke in the bathroom. No where in the hotel listing it was mentioned. We were traveling with an infant and that issue alone was deal breaker. Furniture was in poor condition. Linens also were not completely clean. There was food waste lying on one of the tables; we asked to clean it and that never happened till our check-out. No hot water after morning hours. No mineral water in the hotel - staff kept telling us that they didn’t have mineral water bottles. Got the water bottles only after raising the issue with the front desk a couple of times. Bathroom shower cubicle drain was choked. Food was terrible and that too we got after many follow-ups with the room service. And outside food is not allowed; so, you are stuck with their food. Silver lining in the whole experience- the staff was courteous.

Our stay as a family was nice except dull behaviour of reception guy. The reception person seems having no enthusiasm and energy for warm welcome of guests at hotel

Bed mattress was in very poor condition. Spring in bed mattress had broken and we're piercing in the back

They provided very good food and a spacious room. The property is also located a bit away from the general hustle and bustle of the city, which was actually peaceful.

Very nice hotel. Neat, clean, quite and reasonably priced. Very spacious rooms, clean linen. Adequate car parking also available. Very smooth check-in experience. Highly recommended.
