I had booked 2 deluxe rooms that is 2 rooms with 2 king beds in each room and the beds were really comfortable
rooms are well maintained and clean when we visited. But one room has a very strong chocolate perfume smell the entire time and the other room didn't have smell as such. The smell was a little strong because of which it was not very comfortable. Room service was good but sometimes a little slow
ac was working well
reception is very responsive
check in and out also was very smooth. It's the hotel only security guard who comes for transferring the luggages. Which could've been done by the house keeping staff as the guy looked bit aged. My each room costed around 7k plus which is a bit pricey but since it's very close to the temple it's convenient.

Some confusion about whether breakfast was included in the package or not. Be sure what your booking. Rooms are eat and well maintained. Limited choice but good food. Very close to temple. Very steep descent into basement car parking. Check the 'drive up' before you descend specially if your car is a large sedan or bigger.

First of all 4 people are above 70 n 2 are above 60. 3 comfortable rooms were provided n are all very happy. The main temple is just 150 mtrs away n we had satisfied dharshan of sri guruvayurappan n in the temple also no difficulty for us for dharshan two times. All well ends well. Thank you very much for you to make accomodation in krishnavilasam hotel n all assistance given to my son skandan sethuraman. It was ok. The room smelled of dust. Breakfast the next morning was not good, idlis were sour, tea/coffee was not fresh.

The property is located at close proximity to the temple giving us time to plan our itinerary in advance. We are vegetarians. The food was 4/5. The ambience is decent and my kids enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Overall, if given another chance, i won't mind coming back here again for a pleasant stay.

We had to wait for check in even after reaching at 4. 30 pm. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory as the cleaning staff was in a hurry.

Clean and extremely close to the temple. Breakfast was good and freshly made. Proximity to the temple is the biggest advantage. Staff was very courteous and ensured a great stay.
