"I stayed at the hotel for two nights. Overall, my stay and experience were not great; however, the staff were very nice, humble, and polite throughout my visit. The restaurant floor area requires attention from the management team, as it appeared unclean. Although I noticed the staff actively cleaning the area, the desired level of cleanliness was not being achieved. The corridor carpets also looked old, and the linen provided in my room appeared worn out. After I informed the Housekeeping team about the linen issue, it was promptly replaced. What impressed me most was that the Housekeeping Manager personally came to meet me and apologize for the inconvenience. This was a wonderful gesture, and I truly appreciated the way he listened to my concerns, addressed them professionally, and ensured quick corrective action. While there are areas where the hotel management should focus on improvements, I am giving a high rating because of the excellent service recovery, the prompt response to my concerns, and the genuine care shown by the Housekeeping Manager and the hotel staff."

"I recently visited The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday, and it was once again an absolutely wonderful experience. This is a place I’ve visited multiple times, and it never disappoints. The ambience is serene and beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing getaway away from the city. The staff is incredibly warm and attentive, and I especially want to highlight the manager- Naitik, who was very, very kind and went out of his way to help us. His service was truly exceptional and made our experience even more special. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that made every meal enjoyable. What I love most about this property is the range of activities available- go-karting, boating, horse riding, and even animal feeding, which makes it fun and engaging for all age groups. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to unwind and celebrate special occasions. Highly recommended! ✨"

"Hotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour."
