Jasmin Beach Hotel

Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

Loved our stay at jasmin beach , the staff are amazing , special shout out to Echo who went and got my daughter pills to settle her tummy after a boat trip , also a lovely guy, Efe , Muhammad , Emin and sugar. All staff were nice but these 5 were funny , kind and made us feel like part of their team xx gumbet isn’t the best place to visit but bodrum which is 5 mins away in a taxi is beautiful , I would definitely recommend and would definitely go again. Boat trip was also amazing, definitely worth it x

Spent a week at the jasmin beach hotel this is our 2nd visit here can't say much for the hotel with things we went through but as for the top terrace food is amazing staff are amazing nec is just the best missing his soup already great hospitality very welcoming as always the guys that do photography amazing people coudnt ask for better pictures thankyou for then and the entertainment staff yous were brilliant

We arrived on Tuesday night first time couldn't open the door someone had to try opened in the end. Day 2 door would not open 3 people tried in the end had to be booted in . Same lock put back on . Day 3 door wouldn't shut also tv didn't work so requested a new room. Not even an apology but Was given a room it in the end . Also the one night at the al a carte is a set menu and you pay for your dr steak etc if you do not want the set menu also all drinks. Food generally cold and re petitive hard to put a meal together. Not much entertainment for adults. Some cocktails on inclusive others need to be paid same with some spirits brandy not on fully inclusive. Bar staff in the aquarium bar fabulous also the Turkish Bath Barber and tattooist.

Absolutely perfect stay we've had at Jasmin beach hotel. We went as family of 4, 2 of which are teenagers. The staff are amazing and truly can't do enough for you. The restaurants are fantastic with a huge selection of food to choose from. We loved it that much we're already booking next week to go back next year. I actually cried when leaving as we made some wonderful friends there from guests to staff. I honestly can't say anything bad about the place. Thank you Jasmin beach hotel staff for absolutely everything we can't wait to return. 🫶🏻

Good points - Fresh towels provided for around pool. No silly early morning rush for sun beds. All inclusive alcohol is great! Luggage brought to your rooms. Fridge & AC. Pool clean & tidy. Bad points - There is no bacon, sausage, hash browns, omelettes at breakfast. Instead they serve chips, fried eggs, and salads. The only fruit available is oranges, with no fresh melon, bananas, apples etc. Entertainment team - They seem more interested in signing people up to go on nights out. This is the worst kids disco I have ever seen, with a guest DJ coming in and laughing at hour poor their entertainment was. The water slide is only open 1hr a day. Ice cream is only available between 1530-1630 (none in the evening too). To summarise, for a family of 3 (child is 4) this is not a hotel to book all inclusive. If they improved the food & entertainment then this could be very nice.

Worst hotel in Bodrum, just terrible experience. Hotel from nightmare, so our room was next to the pool no water in the room, no shower rooms next door to us doesn't have as well when we spoke between each other they said they complaint as well but oh well 4 star hotel do you need water or shower? No toilet nothing inside the room was working properly complaint few times on the reception few people came to see the toilet still not working the whole week when we have been there, hotel manager just didn't care. Staff... just beyond terrible, swearing all the time the tourist, insulting that british are pigs etc. YES we know turkish suprise suprise. One lady in front of us tried to take 2 glass of wines from the restaurant bar on dinner bar staff was like oh these pigs started to drink again.. when I asked him what the hell he said he was oh you didn't hear well bla bla I'm turkish didn't hear well yeah right, food was awful nothing that represent turkish food, cold and dirty pool, not enough sun loungers, entartaining team were busy only with british tourists for hope of some tips, few of the management team all the time were trying to convince you to go out with them after work simply don't understand of the word NO and at the top of all that at our last day some member of hotel staff tried to break in into the room without any explanation why he entered the room he didn't expect to have person inside the room very dodgy when we went to the reception to ask what's going on who is that guy reception was we don't know, he shouldn't enter the room then why he had keys? Just so many years go to Turkey for holidays this is the first hotel to have so many problems at one place but staff is beyond terrible with all that nasty comments especially when you understand them.

We ended up in the Jasmin as the hotel we booked through TUI, closed (reason unknown), but we feel it was meant to be. The staff at Jasmin were great, helpful, polite, & worked hard. We arrived at 1145pm, were given cartons of water on arrival & the bellboy took us to our room. All inclusive was good, such a variety of foods & they also had a kids corner. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned daily, fantastic aircon, (which was needed due to heatwave).I would recommend & will be going back. My only moan is that there are 3 outdoor pools & I feel the Panarama pool area, should either be adult only or stop people using inflatables in there, as the main pool has a slide area & is more suitable. Great views from the Rooftop Terrace. Also has its own private beach area, across the road, with free sunbeds & umbrellas. There is a bus every 15 to 20 mins outside the hotel to Bodrum & a taxi rank. If you go to eat out at all, The Annalivia Restaurant (booking advised) is amazing & they pay for your taxi to get there. Also Denny's on the beach front. Have to say a big thank you to all staff for a great experience. Helen, Amanda & Sharron
