This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've had with ********** ever. I've used ********** to book rooms in 5 other countries without a problem. I booked the room and even completed the online checkin Hotel Nok emailed to me. Upon arrival, I was told they had no reservation for me. Also, they didn't have the apartment style room available. They put us in a far inferior single room that had no working electricity. Up until checkout, they continued to say they hadn't received payment and wanted to be paid. Upon leaving, they didn't demand further payment, but refused to give us any compensation even though we paid for a unit which was supposed to have two bedrooms and a sitting room. So, we paid twice as much money for the room. This experience reflects equally badly for ********** as the booking hotel.
