When I got to the hotel, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I decided to call the front desk, hoping someone would come out and see me. I called the hotel 10 times in a row before a man came out to see that a customer was standing there. He did not apologize, but rather asked, “Checking in?” I got off the elevator and the carpet while walking to my room was disgusting — stains everywhere, food particles — it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or the carpet cleaned in months. I got into my room and it smelled extremely musty. There were stains on the couch and the comforter. I ended up calling to request a refund and did not even take my coat off. I felt disgusting when leaving the hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only plus is it is pet-friendly, but they need to deep clean the hallways regularly and need to ensure the rooms are clean.
