This is our second time staying. The staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond for you. However, the whole hotel stunk like burnt dr. pepper. I dont know if it was a cleaning product they used are an auto released air freshener but i wanted to hold my nose for the most part.
The bed is always super comfy and we didnt stay long enough to visit the pool this time. Just a quick overnight pit stop before heading home.

The staff was nice but my linens weren’t clean on the bend the blanket was torn and the tub wasn’t clean ,the indoor pool is the only reason I booked just to find out it was so small 6 people could comfortably be in a n swim my kids were heart broken and disappointed because the y counts swim and I checked out a day early o didn’t enjoy it at all ,I should’ve just went back to the holiday inn

When we arrived at the hotel. Me and my family did check on the room, we noticed a stain (pee, etc) on the sofa bed mattress. We asked for it to get changed, they wouldn't do it claimed that ALL of the sofa bed mattresses looked like that. We asked for a mattress cover, we were told that they didn't have that size. At this point, we were fed up and decided to leave the property. Customer service ******, i wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy.

At 5 in the morning the neighbor at the room 411 listens tv at the full volume…. I called the front desk no answer for at least three minutes second trying she answer and told me to try to find which room making nose and call her again and she will call the room . What a stupid answer it’s not my job to keep the respect in this hotel. After 9 hours on motorcycle and three hours in traffic jam we need to sleep please. Will ask ******* for refound and the breakfast was the worst since we ride (25 days)

This location has bed bugs.. I have photos to prove it. I wasn’t going to post the review but no one from this location hasn’t even attempted to call and apologize to my family and I. We were placed in another room but we were still uncomfortable. Due to it being spring break and everything was booked or too expensive to move my family at that exact moment, plus it was 3am when we noticed the bed bugs, we stayed the last booked day but we immediately checked into an airbnb 30 miles away from our previously planned attractions. My spring break was extremely itchy. Never again.

We were on the 4th floor and the elevator only came up to our floor if someone inside pushed “4”. I can’t do stairs and waited over 20 minutes sometimes for the elevator. I reported this to staff and they did nothing. Breakfast items we often had to wait and wait for them to be refilled. Pool was very cold and cloudy.

The staff was very friendly as usual. It was very safe and comfortable. It seemed to be family friendly. The kids enjoyed themselves in the pool. The overall stay was a satisfying experience.

The room clearly had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. The drywall was all cracked and separated above the shower. It wasn't fixed. Looked like it was just painted over. I'm starting to think when using the app you get less preferred rooms for the price.

There was a chemical smell in the hotel that made me sick. The people at the desk did not believe us & basically said we were lying about that & also a coffee pod in the a/c unit.
