當晚到達酒店已經很累，辦理入住時來了個旅行團拿房卡，導遊很兇喊拿房卡，前台妹妹給她插隊辦理給了房卡，我想説的是凡事有個先來後到，導遊沒素質，不能慣着她，畢竟導遊沒機會給你寫評論。然後攜程和某團同價，某團贈送早餐，這邊沒有。早上打電話問前台，前台説是**贈送的，當我什麼都不懂這樣告知我，我當你幽默。（正常是由酒店負責管理ota的人通知某團業務添加贈送訊息，實際是酒店選擇在某團贈送早餐，攜程並沒有贈送）聯繫攜程客服後及時進行了處理，當然前台以為客人不懂這個。房間值這個價，我們衹是中轉一下，看見離高速路口畢竟近。最後如果平台訊息不能對等，你乾脆就把攜程下了做某團的獨家，你那麼傾向於某團你在攜程賣房間幹嘛，並不想給酒店差評，酒店房間確實不錯的，對酒店房間設施設備都滿意的，前台妹妹也很客氣。內部管理有問題，團隊你能做多久，把ota做好才是真的。前台主動給房間升級了，沒給我説，我進門才發現，這一點應該入住時告知一聲，如果是你們那個房型沒有了，開低價引流也應該告知我，對不對？做酒店行業不要有欺騙好嗎？

其實酒店很乾凈，衹是服務員大半夜打電話來居然喊在平台上給個好評！**啊，住這麼多店第一次。其實不是不可以給好評，酒店本來就很好，裝修也很好，衞生也很好，各方面都很好。九是酒店管理對下面的KPI考核太噁心。看把孩子們都逼成什麼樣了。管理者完全可以考慮給送點睡前水果，或者送個牛奶然後説，不好意思，可以給個好評嗎？
對麼？？
希望這條留言被酒店出資人看到。。你們請的管理真的有點那啥

就是看評分高才選的酒店但是不能衹有強勢的外表，業務也要加強，護照給了前台（2個人）護照上也寫的很清楚居然反問是不是從香港來的，之間一直像審問犯人一樣的，給人的感覺很不舒服，況且辦理入住也等了很久。晚上安靜得害怕早上吵得要命

衞生差，進去房間發現小床頭那裡有頭髮，窗簾也有頭髮打電話給前台，前台説客房來看，客房進門就先解釋表示因為昨天入住人員很多這間房間是很晚才打掃的，所以沒有看清楚床上有頭髮，全程沒有一句道歉的話，衞生真的超級差。
