We had a fantastic stay at GuiYang Atour. Besides a very hospitable reception from the front desk, we must mention the remarkable facilities offered by the hotel:
The free washer & dryer facility which is self service but also has assistance if you don't have time to wait. Vacancy of washer & dryer is also shown on TV in the room. It will be good if Atour can also provide local weather forecast on TV.
Atour also provides free porridge & dumplings for supper.
All their staff whether at the front desk or at the cafe or cleaners are very friendly and helpful.
Also a pleasant surprise that there is coffee machine in the library!
We will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit GuiYang again

Our stay at Atour hotel was excellent! The room was nice and comfy, and the staff upgraded us to a bigger room and even allowed us for a late checkout! The hotel is conveniently located near the Guiyang Bei High station too!

We booked the family room but wanted more space for our luggage, and the staff were so kind as to move us to a room without the children’s play set! The service was really good, and the staff can even help you to do the laundry and send it up to your room.
The breakfast was really good and they offered us a discount! The hotel is also really near the rail station and many other eateries.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.
The hotel provides washer and dryer which the availability to use is revealed on the TV in the room.
You also can get free transfer to and from Guiyang north train station.
If you get hungry at night, the hotel also provides supper for you.

The hotel is close by to the north railway station and the hotel provides a free shuttle service.
The hotel is quite some distance from downtown but there are some dining options in the vicinity but not too much else.
The hotel does excel in its customer service and the reception and house staff were all very friendly and courteous. We especially wish to thank 賽金 for her consideration and assistance. She was very patient and generous with her time in helping us with our queries and helped to make our stay a very pleasant one.
The breakfast is very good value with many choices and good quality.

Room is cozy decorated with natural oak finish covering all around. It is very appealing and One will be instantly charmed by it. Hotel's receptionists were very polite and helpful. Convenience stores, food outlets are nearby besides the hotel. Breakfast varieties are mainly for Chinese, a small portions for Westerners. An expensive tea set for tea drinkers is provided on a seating platform by the window.
