酒店處於商業大厦中，入口細小難找，往酒店大堂的通道黑暗且滿地“**卡片”，令人感覺不安。
基於屬港澳居民，Check in 時，服務員工要求申報詳細出入境資料，頗花時間且有點擾民，建議選擇星級酒店為佳。再者，酒店與其他商業商户共用大厦，包括食肆，火警機率甚高！
翌日晨早八點，被巨大的敲鑿聲驚醒，估計是大型維修工程展開中，過程甚為滋擾，令人無法繼續安睡，基於晚上夜歸遲睡，睡眠不足，無奈只可選擇提早check out。離開酒店前已作出投訴，而服務員已確認裝修工程正進行中。本人對此酒店的服務甚為不滿，入住感覺極不良好，就此不建議入住。

房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全。位置好，近高鐵北站，樓下的食店多，各式菜類可供選擇。經理還熱心地幫升級了房間。好評。
