房間衞生也很整潔，有什麼問題及時溝通這個叔叔人很好，還給我升級了房型，通風也很好，經濟實惠很不錯。唯一一點就是那個洗澡的冷熱水不好調控。

服務：老闆很熱情，態度好
環境：房間有點小，過道窄，容易絆腿。
衞生間是明的，坐便。樓道的動靜可以聽到。
從凱斯酒店廣告牌下方進去，地鐵從【陽關B口】下近一點，【會議中心】下車座兩站公交車。
國慶期間這個價位還算合適。

房間太小，因個人物品掉床底，發現床底超多垃圾，感覺從打掃過床底下垃圾。到店發現名稱叫如庭酒店。住宅式公寓第14樓多套房間改造為酒店式房間。離地鐵口還有800多米，也不算太遠。坐地鐵去高鐵站北站還算近，到噴水池，甲秀樓，黔山公園稍遠，但坐地鐵能去，算比較方便。

非常不錯的酒店，設施齊全很喜歡，老闆服務非常熱情大方。衞生打掃得非乾淨整潔，給人一種舒服感，很到位。而且位置停車遊玩都非常方便，就在會展城和觀山湖公園的邊邊，非常近，吃喝玩樂一步到位，超讚👍🏻
