Higiene: Pobre! O carpete não está limpo, há lixo de moradores anteriores e há pelos nas toalhas de banho da gaveta. Alimentação de Koi 1 vez: Nenhuma Pequeno-almoço: Ctrip disse que havia 2 pequenos-almoços, que foram dados a 2 adultos, e um pequeno-almoço de criança foi pago, metade do preço para crianças com menos de 1,3 metros de altura, 40 yuan. O café da manhã parece rico visualmente, mas não há muitas opções. Pode ser por gosto pessoal, mas também não é delicioso. Realmente não vale a pena gastar dinheiro para comer. Instalações: Para além do facto de o hotel ser amplo e elegante e de os quartos serem suficientemente grandes para acomodar crianças, não existem instalações. Atendimento: Não senti nenhum atendimento. Ao fazer o check-in na recepção, me pediram para mostrar minha carteira de identidade. Não houve outra comunicação. Nem nos disseram onde estava o café da manhã. Fomos pedir a alguém para encontrar nós mesmos na manhã seguinte. Ctrip lembrou-nos que a sala seria melhorada, MAS o Frente não o mencionou.Reservámos directamente a sala que queríamos sem nos preocuparmos com isso.

Não esperava que os hotéis cinco estrelas também aceitassem grupos turísticos! ! ! Reservei este hotel porque queria ficar mais confortável quando saí para brincar.A pessoa em questão arrependeu-se muito de ter escolhido este lugar. Acabei de chegar na recepção e esperei na fila para fazer o check-in por dezenas de minutos. O hotel recebe vários grupos, e há crianças fazendo barulho e adultos fumando no lobby, que é muito enfumaçado. Há apenas duas pessoas na recepção, e há um estagiário. O cartão não está registado e a porta não pode ser aberta sempre! ! ! ! O pequeno-almoço não é tão bom como a cadeia normal da Samsung.Devido ao grande número de pessoas que recolhem grupos, está lotado todas as manhãs quando desço para tomar o pequeno-almoço. Instalações: O hotel é grande, mas as instalações são muito antigas e o estilo de decoração parece ter sido há mais de dez anos. O mais chato é que em um hotel tão grande a água quente fica parada por 600 por noite. Estava frio e eu saí por um dia e queria tomar um banho quente quando entrei no quarto. Como resultado, o a água quente parou das oito horas às doze horas, e eu continuei esperando. Tomar banho enquanto o uso é muito frustrante. Liguei para a recepção para perguntar quando a água estaria disponível, mas não houve resposta específica. Eu realmente sinto que o preço e as instalações são muito insatisfatórios.Mesmo que você fique em um hotel por uma ou duzentas e uma noites, você não vai parar a água quente à noite, certo? ? Eu sinto que havia muitas pessoas hospedadas lá por causa da retirada do grupo, e as instalações eram antigas, então o fornecimento de água quente não estava mais disponível. Higiene: Havia cabelos na mesa e na roupa de cama quando me mudei. Talvez eu estivesse com pressa para limpar o quarto e não o limpasse adequadamente. A limpeza durante a estadia foi boa. Em suma, não é altamente recomendado. A água quente está desligada e o cartão do quarto não pode ser aberto sempre. Tenho que descer e passar novamente. Não há opções de entrega e aceita vários grupos de turismo. Se você quer uma estadia limpa e confortável, não reserve este hotel. Ele realmente não merece cinco estrelas.

Great hotel in a great location , the hotel interior it’s astonishing, the staff is friendly and the check in is quite fast. However the food is quite average.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a solo traveler, I do feel that it’s good for one night to experience that design and pampering space. There are bus tour groups which go there and seem to work well with the KTV, Buffet meals, and lounging areas. From my trip, I stayed for two days after the Chinese Qixing Festival. It was really nice to arrive and have access to the teatime snacks and desserts as well as the wonderful architecture and furniture design. The outdoor pool is nice, however the indoor pool charges 50 yuan because they offer drinks and snacks. The only drinks and snacks they offered were juice boxes and some fruit. One employee told me that there were cocktails available. The exercise room and yoga room were set up very nice. The shower rooms very clean. I would not pay for the indoor swimming pool in my opinion based on the drink/snacks. The bar that is advertised from some user photos does not exist. Some employees said it was open, others said not. Management can communicate that better, as a lush hotel should have a solid lounge. The tea lounge does not have any alcohol drinks available, but rather decoration of wine bottles. The design is gorgeous though. One employee told me that they ran out of alcohol due to holiday, and another employee told me that there was a bar open which really was not. I simply went to get my own spirits when I wanted a cocktail (made in my room). Other than that, everything in the hotel was fine. My room was really lovely with the exception of the fact that you cannot go out on the balconies and there is a smoke smell from the carpet. The hotel gladly gave me a an air purifier to help alleviate the smell. My opinion is that the power should be sat on before a guest checks into their room. I had to change the filter over the two days. It did not appear that the KTV was open (maybe epidemic), I decided to go hang out in town, but enjoyed the Victorian flair when relaxing. Overall, the comfort, bathing, and relaxation was great. The breakfast is really delicious, and the service of the employees all around was impeccable despite the fact that they could not offer all of the amenities. It seems an OK place for families/photos as well since the property is unique. The 50 yuan for tea time was probably the most valuable, and the room service staff are detailed. The butler/reception very professional, Ayi staff amazing. Transportation quite easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from the beginning. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and polite from the minute I stepped out of my taxi. The staff at the front desk were very polite and efficient and the receptionist also upgraded my room for a room with a better view. They could barely speak English but went out of their way to use a translator to ensure that I understood what was going on. When I got to my room, it was beautiful and matched the theme of the hotel which is a fusion af antique and modern. When the receptionist entered my room, he instantly got a strong cigarette smoke smell and immediately offered to get it fixed. The buffet dinning area was well set up and offered a wide array of dishes, drinks, pastries and desserts. I ate dinner which was an added cost of 99rmb which is reasonable considering the huge variety of food that was offered. The breakfast was just as good as it also had a huge selection of food. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to downtown and the surrounding area was lovely to go walking. The hotel also offered in house entertainment every day which was a huge plus. I'm very pleased with my stay at the Grand Bravo.

Misleading advertisement in the pictures on the App. Outdoor pool is closed already in October even if the temperatures exceed 35 degrees celsius. After asking at the reception for the reason. Answer of the hotel:,, The pool is closed because of to low temperatures, but you can use our indoor pool for an extra fee”. Really a pity because I especially booked this place because of the pool. This should be especially pointed out on the app to avoid inconveniences and to not mislead any guests.

Our initial impression was not great when we were refused entry unless we could show our passports, entry stamps, green code, travel code and covid tests while wearing masks, but Chinese guests werent checked at all. On our first morning my friend found a cockroach in her coffee, she was told that she must have put it there, no apologies. They advertise an outside pool, but we were not allowed to use it. The room itself is very nice, but the TV didnt work and we were just told “sorry” without fixing it. Breakfast is ok, not great, but not bad. inside swimming pool is nice and attendants are super friendly. All in all I would not stay again, but not the worst experience I have had.
