就這衞生看都看不得，房間居然還有別人洗過澡的浴巾放房間大家看圖，浴巾毛巾我都沒用過，筐裏面還有一條浴巾，地板上的毛髮清晰可見，大姐就在旁邊叫了幾次都沒有出現！

超級不滿意的一次住宿體驗！在攜程預訂酒店10年以上的超級會員了，這次對酒店和攜程的服務都很不滿意！我預訂的套房顯示預訂成功，在預訂成功後的一天，酒店打電話給我告知套房不能入住，説有客人三月份就已經預訂了這幾天的這個套房入住。我説三月份就定出去的，為什麼我還能預訂成功。酒店説是攜程弄錯了。聯繫攜程，攜程説是酒店弄錯，然後説去協商，下午六點前給我回信。然後一直沒有接到攜程電話，因為家人第二天要入住，我不斷聯繫管家，管家説去催促主管，直到十點多才給我電話，告知還是不能入住，衹能用套房換僅剩的兩間大床房。而給我們入住的大床房是無景觀在這個酒店最差的房型。而後致電酒店要他們接站（預訂時寫明有這項增值服務）。酒店經理電話説必須在攜程上將入住訂單取消，明天在他們前台付現，並且我們自己打車過來才給報銷車費。説攜程扣他們酒店的佣金太高了如何如何。於酒店而言，如果覺得平台扣傭太高，可以選擇不上平台銷售房間，而不是客户預訂好以後以佣金高讓住客取消訂單作為提供服務的條件；於攜程而言，我是在你們平台預訂酒店，錢也是在平台預付完結，就應當由你們平台負責。家人們第二天即將入住，前一晚十點前還要我自己一而再再而三地聯繫在線管家催促。説實話，攜程現在的服務比起三年之前真的天差地別。攜程是做酒店開始的，以前的跟蹤和售後服務確實比其他平台好，這也是我10多年一直衹在攜程定酒店的原因。今次，也看到了攜程的大大退步，在平台越來越多的現今，你們的保障和服務不升反降，對你們非常失望！截圖看客服，本來就是跟我協商的事情，變成一而再再而三的拖延，我自己反覆催促。另外，離店後我告知攜程酒店不提供接站服務，以攜程扣傭太高讓我取消網上訂單，攜程衹表示後續會告知酒店……

酒店在灕江邊上 後面就是步行街 位置挺好 但是下次一定不會選這個酒店了 也不會推薦朋友來這裏 每個房間標配兩瓶礦泉水 不能多要 多要一瓶告知需要收費 旅遊住過無數次酒店 這個真是奇葩 而且樓道是沒有空調的 走進房間的過程很悶熱600多一宿毫無服務可言 住進來才知道是錦江之星旗下的酒店 衹能呵呵 早餐也是供應不及時 下來稍晚一點 好多沒有了 等着再上很慢 食材很次的感覺 橙汁是兑了水的 一點味沒有 酸梅湯是太甜 真是鮮明對比 來廣西住了柳州 桂林 陽朔 桂林這家店實在是不咋地 水都給不起 真可笑

房間非常差 幾乎沒有隔音。服務態度不好。要不是當天臨時訂房 旺季旅遊季的時候其他酒店都滿了。就這個有空房我才選擇的。後悔至極。性價比極其不高。

前面幾張拍的視頻，傳不了衹能截圖了，最後一張攜程照片圖，所謂的江景房就這樣了。
房間佈局大小跟圖片相差很大，特別是照片中的陽台就是圖片陽台的一半大都沒有，經常出差 出遊這是第一次感覺被忽悠，478無早餐，508含餐的價格完全不值，大家還是謹慎定江景房吧，3-5樓都是被樹擋住的啥也看不到（至於2樓能不能看就不清楚） 臨街又很吵，旁邊的挖掘機聲音之大，到酒店12點11分還在施工。
前台説第二天升級套房，我們第二天在房間等到11點也沒人打電話給我們 確認可以升級提前收拾行李搬，等到我們出門了 然後問要不要換……我們就2天行程，第二天下午就走了，總不能一直在酒店耗着 浪費時間……出門玩也沒玩好一直處理酒店問題。
最後還是衹能自願降級住什麼景觀房，房間到是比江景大，價格還便宜些，衹是房間衹有一把椅子一張桌子連個沙發也沒（感情要再房間坐椅子還得打一架 贏了的才能坐，輸的衹配站着伺候唄）陽台到是有2把藤椅，就是會曬成熱狗。
入住中 掛了 不打掃忽打擾 的牌子 完全無視 開門就進來，房卡出門一次回來就無效了，連着2天都是這種情況。
失望 失望 失望 ！！！！説是可以補償我幾十塊差價然後可以給我要湊個整數🙂，侮辱我們？？我就是覺得這個江景房不值這個價 要求退房費全款 不住江景房。

My parents stayed here. It’s good location, close to the food street. Breakfast is limited so my parents went to have breakfast at the Sheraton instead which is across the road. Price of the stay here is a fraction of the Sheraton.

The hotel is within walking distance to Zhenyang pedestrian street, elephant trunk hill lake ,and many eateries, hotels around the area.
Overall the room are clean daily with basic amenities provided. Appreciate the frèe laundry service and dryer.
