一開始去到酒店發現衞生很差，但是想着衹住一個晚上所以沒有説，關鍵是第二天我準備去坐地鐵退房的時候電梯突然故障，電梯開不了，電梯的緊急按鍵也用不了，報警電話撥通之後那個電梯自動上行，電梯門開之後我從四樓拿着行李往下走，樓梯間沒有任何照明的東西，下去之後我跟前台説他們電梯故障了，其他一句抱歉的話語都沒有🙃🙃🙃🙃（酒店隔音非常不好）

房間很大，裝修風格的也適合年輕人住，就是裝修時間早了，有些舊，尤其衞生間能明顯的看出來。對了，我們走時給房間還留了幾個柚子，東西多帶不動了，正好春節送給你們吃吧😃家人説是7個葫蘆娃還缺3個#衞生自己帶的床上用品洗漱用品，所以房間衞生沒特別關注，南方冬天的室內真是太冷了，能把人凍哭，開了一晚上的空調都沒怎麼升温，衣服都沒敢脱直接睡了。#服務桂林降温了我們到了是凌晨，當天入住時間還沒到，讓補了些費用才住進去。

真的是，環境不咋的，廁所紙都不捨得多放點，全是用剩下的放在裏面，礦泉水幾毛錢的都不捨得，窗户也是，連攔蚊子的紗窗都沒有，主要還得前台一個男的，服務態度那個差，門也是衹有鎖能在裏面反鎖，貓眼沒有，那個防扣也沒有，最不滿意的就是去時那小夥的服務態度，差勁

設施：陳舊，洗澡的蓬頭，馬桶都有點壞！房間燈光昏暗！大白燈也是壞的！
環境：房間還比較大，不緊湊！
五一提前預訂，沒有給我取消，沒有要求漲價！還是很誠信！酒店應該是開了很多年了的！還有一家分店！
