This hotel is a charming conversion of an old building, located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. It only has a few rooms, which are all very quiet, safe, and well-equipped. There's a supermarket downstairs, making it super convenient for any supplies you might need. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for T-bone steak and even taught us how to use a local booking app to reserve a table in advance, which saved us nearly 30 Euros thanks to a 30% discount! We actually used this app throughout our trip in Italy afterwards, as most restaurants offered great discounts through it. The owner also pointed us to a unique local perfume shop, which I highly recommend checking out – it’s a beautiful store and exceeded my expectations. Given that hotels in this area tend to be quite expensive, I highly recommend this place if you don't require extensive hotel services.

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. 訂的三人間，在角落的房間特別大，窗外風景很好。重要的是去哪都特別方便，步行直達即可。衞生還可以，沒發現特別臟的地方。房間配有咖啡機，拖鞋，洗護用品等。

Location is good, near to train station as well as restaurants and Florence attractions. But need to aware, this is a walk up apartment, no lift. Make sure light luggage. Overall is a nice stay

Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

A única reclamação que tenho a fazer é que, se você usar o mapa para encontrar a localização do hotel no site, procure por Royal Hotel ou Hotel Royal no aplicativo de navegação. A recepção para pegar a chave fica neste hotel, e a equipe o levará até lá para fazer o check-in.

Great location, very close to the train station and main attractions including the Duomo, all within easy walking distance. The reception was extremely warm, friendly, and helpful—she even gave the kids Christmas lollies. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, and when we came back to collect it, she had left some delicious chocolates for us. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed having a balcony overlooking a garden with banana plants. Roof was painted like classical Italian style which was unique. House keeping was done despite we only stayed for two nights. The building itself is a bit old, and the ground floor is slightly messy, but it appears to be a shared building. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Tudo bem, mas o ar condicionado é muito fraco. Deveria colocar um ventilador no quarto principal para ajudar na circulação. Poderia limpar melhor, mas não está sujo. Tamanho bom, teto bonito. Ótima localização.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

A sala é grande e o sistema de ventilação é bom. O anfitrião é muito prestativo e lhe dirá como acessar o prédio passo a passo por telefone. Você também pode contatá-la via WhatsApp. No geral, é bom com a sua localização, pois está localizado no centro da cidade, a uma curta distância a pé de restaurantes e da estação ferroviária. No entanto, se você tem medo de calor, o quarto não é adequado para você, pois não tem ar condicionado. Mas dois ventiladores estão na sala, o que também é bom para nós, pois está ventando. É um apartamento com banheiro compartilhado, mas no geral o banheiro é limpo porque dois quartos compartilham um banheiro, o que também é bom. Eles vão limpar o banheiro todas as manhãs, então no geral não é ruim!
