Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep. The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

На сешепшене девушка сказала что их вины в этом нет🤷♀️ стены тончайшие и рядом с нашим номером 2 комнаты/туалет/душ- непрекращающиеся хлопания дверей, разговоров и слива воды(((( хочешь спать или нет, но в 8 уже долбанули дверью и поорали в коридоре и такое ощущение, что ломятся всегда в твою дверь- такая слышимость!!!

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

O hotel parece uma casa grande e antiga. O elevador do edifício é manual e precisa ser fechado antes de poder ser iniciado. Ao reservar um quarto, tenha cuidado para verificar se o quarto é uma casa de banho privada ou partilhada. Queria reservar uma casa de banho privada, mas quando a encomenda foi confirmada, acabou por ser uma casa de banho partilhada! O aquecedor de água deste hotel é um aquecedor de água do tipo armazenamento. Leva mais tempo para ferver a água, caso contrário não estará quente o suficiente ou não haverá água quente suficiente! Além disso, a tomada do chuveiro está instalada muito alta para ser usada. Você precisa segurar o chuveiro com as mãos para tomar banho, o que é um pouco inconveniente para lavar o cabelo!

O Hostal Levante é um lugar muito confortável e bem localizado para se hospedar no coração de Barcelona. Uma de suas maiores vantagens é a excelente localização. O hotel fica perto de muitas das principais atrações da cidade, o que o torna muito conveniente para os turistas. La Rambla, o Bairro Gótico, lojas, restaurantes, cafés e transporte público estão a uma curta distância a pé. Por isso, locomover-se pela cidade é simples e economiza muito tempo. Em termos de conforto, o Hostal Levante oferece uma estadia agradável e relaxante. Os quartos são limpos, bem conservados e confortáveis, oferecendo tudo o que é necessário para um bom descanso após um longo dia explorando a cidade. As camas são aconchegantes, os quartos são silenciosos e a atmosfera geral é tranquila, o que ajuda os hóspedes a se sentirem relaxados e em casa. O ar-condicionado funciona bem, o que é especialmente importante nos dias mais quentes de Barcelona. A equipe do Hostal Levante é simpática, educada e prestativa. A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center.

Elkano é um bom albergue básico e barato. Se você quiser ficar perto de Poble Sec. Se você quiser Luyo, isso não é para você, mas você quer um quarto básico sem problemas, pode confiar nele.

The room and public area are very new and clean which I like it so much. It is very suitable for friends and couple. Only sound proofing need to be improved. Overall it is truly worth with this price.

The location of the room for us was very poor, the adjacent street was particularly noisy, and the room next to us was renovated on time at 8 am every morning. Fortunately, we changed our room later. Sound insulation is not as good as expected, and I hear the sound of um ah ah every day. But the couple hotel can understand.

Pontos negativos: Sem isolamento acústico, ouve-se tudo o que acontece nos outros quartos. O preço é alto para a qualidade do hotel. Falta de limpeza, paredes danificadas e em ruínas. Os banheiros e sanitários deixam a desejar. Os pontos positivos são a localização, a simpatia dos funcionários, a recepção 24 horas e o conforto das camas/colchões.
