"Nikolay and Daria, the owners of the hotel, welcomed us as close friends. Their kindness, unnoticeable, unobtrusive hourly care for each guest, perhaps, is the most memorable impression of the hotel. They are very nice and some very "own" people. There are no complaints about the room. The menu is beyond praise, dinners are like in a very decent restaurant with an obligatory glass of good wine, and every day we were treated to a new Georgian dish. Indeed, the choice of wines is excellent. The guys have a highly professional team. Alexander did a great job restoring a ski damaged by running over a rock. Roman and Luka were with us all the time, fully prepared to immediately take care of it if the need arose. Vano, who looks after our equipment, is a very nice person, it was interesting to talk to him. Such a homely atmosphere is worth a lot. "## Positives - The facilities were incredibly clean and excellent, boasting breathtaking views. All the staff were friendly and dignified. The breakfast was also superb. ## Negatives - There was a group party on Friday evening. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, the service seemed to prioritize the party guests, and people were smoking near the outdoor dining tables. We couldn't finish our meal there, so we had to get our food packed and eat it in our room. The outdoor party continued late into the night, preventing us from getting enough rest. ## Other Notes - The hotel's location is quite difficult to access if you're relying on public transportation. A kind male staff member from the hotel gave me a ride there (I still feel bad that I didn't properly express my gratitude. Next time, I will pay his kindness forward to others). ## Tips for Travelers Using Public Transportation Gudauri is very difficult to access via public transport, though marshrutkas (minibuses) will drop you off between Tbilisi and Kazbegi, and vice versa. I traveled from Kazbegi, stayed for one night, and then moved on to Tbilisi the next day. - To get to Gudauri from Kazbegi, just tell the driver you're going to Gudauri when you board the coach bus heading for Tbilisi. (The cost is the same as going to Tbilisi, 20 Lari per person). - Once you get off in Gudauri, walk a little further down in the direction of Tbilisi. There's a shortcut using the ski slope path that leads directly to the hotel. This path connects directly to the hotel's restaurant (on the -2 floor). - Buses from Gudauri to Tbilisi are scheduled for 9 AM and 5 PM daily (in my case, the 5 PM bus departed at 4:57 PM). - The fare is 15 Lari per person. Be aware that the driver might smoke while driving and will make many stops to pick up or drop off passengers along the way."

"O hotel é simplesmente soberbo! Equipe atenciosa. Chegamos cansados pela manhã, Lasha fez o check-in antes do horário combinado e, sem dizer uma palavra, pudemos descansar. O quarto é limpo, elegante e aconchegante. Tem tudo o que você precisa: secador de cabelo, chinelos, vários jogos de toalhas, chinelos, kits com pasta/escova de dentes, discos de algodão, cotonetes e até lixas de unha. Uma mulher maravilhosa que mantém os quartos limpos, sorridente e educada. Obrigada. O café da manhã é simplesmente incrível, eles arrumam uma mesa inteira, uma moça e um rapaz, desculpe, não perguntei os nomes deles, tudo é muito saboroso e satisfatório. O café da manhã estava incluído no preço, mas a variedade de pratos simplesmente nos impressionou. Você também pode almoçar/jantar. Separadamente, é claro, esta é a vista das montanhas, com carros passando, mas esse barulho não nos incomodou. Dormimos profundamente, respirando o ar da montanha. Vou anexar algumas fotos.
