The ac did not work properly. Since short stay didn't bother asking but outside was cooler than inside. Noisy as passengers travel along the corridor to the parking lot 3 in Terminal 1. The cola and the water in the picture are mine and not provided by the hotel. A small towel for a shower and disposable toothbrush is provided.

Hotel & staff is ”passable” but it's a tiresome experience waiting for the Free Shuttle. Our plane landed Guangzhou 11.05pm, waited at Gate 46 as directed at 11.30om. Free shuttle arrived 12.15am + Picked us up and then, went to Gate 42 to wait for more passengers. Waited for another some 15/20 mins and arrived hotel. Long queue ... Check in after 1300 am. So tiring...and had to check out early for a morning flight. Rather take a cab, if we know that it's such a long wait... Note: credit given to the 2 young staff (male and female) who cleared the long queue, very efficiently

The location of this hotel is strategically located at Beijing Street, which has many eateries & shops to get around. It is walking distance to the Grand Buddha temple and closed to GongYuanQian (Exit D) subway station, about 200m. Hotel has laundry room (include dryer) that is free of charge. Room is clean. All the drinks in fridge are free of charge. Will supply mineral water upon request for free. The con is the occasionally smoking smell at corridor and inside room. I believe their AC is central unit where smoking smell will blow into our room if someone is smoking at other room. Besides that, their toilet is semi transparent (after that, I only realize most of the toilets in China hotel are like this). Overall, I am satisfied with my 3 night stay here.

I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and altogether, I had a good experience. This hotel's close proximity to the airport is one of its main benefits; it's quite handy for those with early or late flights. I was happy to discover that the hotel provides a dependable pickup service, which made my arrival stress-free even though arrived late at night. Room is very clean, hotel’s inside very interesting and look attractive, and has button service that is convenient for foreigners who is not able the Chinese. And beside the station has a lot local food and fruit.

Travelling in group of 8 with 3 kids, we enjoyed stay in this hotel a lot because the spacious room and family friendly facilities they are having (there is a kids playing room there and a theatre room). Breakfast is good. Location is really off the city centre, and there is very limited food for selection nearby. A small 7/11 store can be found downstairs for groceries if needed. nevertheless, a MRT station is just downstairs, and you can easily take it to go anywhere with trains.

The room is comfortable, clean and hygienic. It is large and has a balcony. It is especially suitable for travel and leisure. The price is affordable, free parking is convenient, breakfast is included, and the front desk service is also very proactive and enthusiastic. It is worth recommending! !

The hotel is located in the center of the business district of Shiqiao Metro Station. It is 60 meters from Exit B of Shiqiao Station of Metro Line 3. It is one stop away from Chimelong Tourist Resort. The transportation is convenient and brings a lot of convenience to business travel. There are Joy Plaza and Zhuanhui Plaza next to it, and the surrounding restaurants and shopping are very complete. The front desk ladies Xiaoting and Xiaonuo provide very good service.

overall a good hotel close to the train station. Kind of end of a road, so quiet place. I was worried when entered the room as facing rail tracks. Still probably are just tracks not used, as did not hear any train at all during my staying! Positive!

Good hotel and during canton fair nice location and Muslim meal also break first and good location and toilet convene. For specially Muslim teaveler also coffe shop and location. Js best also walking distance to Xiaobei area

there is free fruit plate sent to room in the afternoon. shopping mall in walling distance. ordered room service and food was delivered by robot, seems very fancy..
