Really great quality hotel with very professional staff. They were able to accommodate our requests, including helping to arrange return of a toy that our child left behind. Location convenient to access the Sunac Mall, only around a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we had a good stay and would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff upgraded our room to a higher level. I like the buffet too! It was delicious. I definitely coming here to stay again. I would recommend this site for our friends and family. The bed was nice too. I had great sleep.

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel as the water temperature in the shower was highly inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. It was really frustrating to have the water turn cold unexpectedly while showering. The lack of stability in the hot water supply was a major drawback, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. I would rate this aspect of the hotel a 2 out of 10 due to the immense disappointment caused by the inconsistent shower water temperature.

Hotel is located between North railstation and the Airport, metro line 9 stops on the corner exit B turn back walk towards the corner hotel is right there (or C if you need lift, cross the road towards the shops you face when you get out of the station). Check in was easy and fast, rooms are clean and comforable. Direct behind the hotel there are many places to eat, also restaurant on top floor of hotel. Working desk, fridge, kettle all available and the bed was nice too. Check out was fast and efficient and I was in Terminal 1 of the airport 40 minutes later. Very good price, would stay again.

The room is spacious and bright, very clean and tidy. Overall, I like it very much. The waiters are very polite. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but it is a bit inconvenient to put the towels under the wash basin, but the cloth affects their aromatherapy smell quite well.
