Insail Hotels (Guangzhou First People's Hospital Ximenkou Metro Station Branch)

I liked the experience staying here alot! The staff were extremely kind and friendly and helpful towards my visit. The location is extremely good and worth the price for staying here! Its a great stay if one wants to stay in Guangzhou :)

Great and convenient location! Nearby subway and great food nearby. The ladies at thr reception was excellent and nice and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

We booked two big guest rooms but were given one big,one smaller room. The smaller room was not only smaller in size but also without a fridge. Complained to the front desk but they insisted that we were given the right room. We feel that we had been shortchanged. We had been overcharged 45 CNY per night for three nights. Not recommended to stay in this lousy hotel.

Location OK, but not too near to Beijing road. The hotel room not sound proof as able to heard noise from and door closing from another room during night time .

Amazing cleaning team and friendly front desk. Don't forget to visit the historic temple 3mins walk away and buy air freshener

The location is very strategic, near metro ximenkou station exit C, and a lot of food stall near hotel.

It was a great trip

The location is good. There are many restaurants, bakery shops and grocery stores. Close to metro station around 200 m. The room is old. Some toilet equipments are poor and difficult to control cold and hot water.

The hotel was nothing like how the photos depict it. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents and we all had to switch our rooms and the rooms we switched to were also bad. The rooms were very DIRTY with super dirty walls (with just black and brown marks everywhere), the facilities were BAD, the rooms were tiny and kind of ghetto. I also saw a cockroach in my room at night and the toilet barely flushed so I wasn't even able to use the toilet bc it clogged and didn't have suction power. My parent's room was also really BAD and very DIRTY and they requested to change to another one which was also bad... I also switched my room to a room that was even worse... it was a smoking room and everything smelled like smoke and also dirty. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Location wise it was alright, close to local restaurants and attractions. It was just dirty, dark and ghetto. The only good thing was the staff were nice and accommodating and helped every time we had an issue.
