The room is entirely different from the advertisement. The asvertisement claimed the room as a spacious and modern design, but in fact, the room is located in a very old and outdated building. The building has only one “accessible elevator” serves all floors- the remaining two elevators are in different tower- so it takes about 10 minutes to wait for the elevator in a dark and tight room, low ceiling, constantly turning on and off creepy hallway light
The room is not as sepcification in the advertisement. The actual area is approximately 15m2, not 25-28m2 as stated. The interior is old and not very hygenic, casting a gloomy atmosphere over the room. No wardrobe provided, only a small clothes rack to hang clothing on. Bathroom facility is outdated. Strong odor inside the room and at the hallway. The overall experience is really bad

Very good place to stay. Close to the city center and subway station. Very convinient. The people who love there is mostly Chinese but I also saw people from other countries. The service was good all the time.

Like that the room had a fridge, small couch, and microwave. Didn’t like that the bed was very hard and it was difficult to control the water temperature in the shower—going quickly from cold to really hot.
Location is really convenient to restaurants and US consulate (10-15 minute walk).
Overall it was a good stay and would recommend the hotel.

Great service! Tye location is great. The rooms are really big its like living in a studio apartment. Has absolutely everything you need for a few nights. Really enjoyed my stay here

老闆很熱心的姐姐，親自幫忙給弄空調，超級適合年輕人住，房間。安靜寬敞的，性價比賊高，這標準的房間在北上廣至少得300-晚。很適合短期旅途住10天半月。我已經連續住了快一個月了，比租房還方便划算，沒有租房按金麻煩事。

這家公寓離花城廣場不是很遠，離地鐵站也不太遠，老闆姐姐服務熱情，每次説話都面帶微笑，就像家人一樣。所在公寓旁邊有個點都德老字號廣東飯店，我在**買的3~4人餐，菜量足夠三個人吃的了，味道不錯，可以去品嚐。
