Tianwu Hotel (Xihua Road Rainbow Bridge Subway Station)

Kia ora, we are a couple from NZ. We stayed here for 6 nights. Firstly upon arrival I thought we were at the wrong hotel as it had a different name “Tenwood”. We had to look for the entrance and headed to reception. The first room we were given smelt old and musty with a large pillar in the middle. This was very inconvenient as it made getting in and out of bed impossible. We asked to change the room and reception did this for us. The second room was a lot better. Rooms had no fridge. Cleanliness was ok. They provided room service but for example I had dropped something on the floor and it was never cleaned up. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom which as a clean freak frustrated me. Access to the laundry was A+ and easy to use. Transport - close to metro and was the highlight as access was easy. The neighborhood was not great and quite dirty but access to many shops etc. The hotel had building works which began at 7am and was a harsh reminder that it was the morning. This was a big downside also. The walls are very thin and everything could be heard. For the purpose of this trip it did what we needed but we would not stay here again.

Will definitely consider here again, metro access easily. And international traveler friendly haha

Great location is just beside rainbow bridge mrt station. It's close to Xihua Road as well. The room is clean and the staff is polite. Highly recommended with affordable price.

This beautiful hotel is very near “Hua Xi Road” with many good food around. Room is very spacious and clean. Very happy that my room came with a big bathtub. Separate toilets with all toiletries provided. The reception assistant is friendly and helpful. The only setbacks are Wifi not strong and the room is on the 2nd floor so it’s quite noisy as below is a park can hear people talking.

This hotel is amazing , very comfortable to stay , very great location in front of Caihongqiao subway stations , 2 stations to arrive Guangzhou railway station , so many options for food on the adorable street Liwan road , The stuff are very cooperative and fast responding to any problems , really o liked it so much and I highly recommend it

Nice location as the mrt station is just opposite the hotel, 3 min walk Friendly staff especially the housekeeping aunty, help us to clean our room everyday Surrounding by many restaurant and stall, no worries to be hungry 🤣 Definitely will be back next time!

The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The hotel does provide free luggage storage service, which is helpful for those who arrive early than check-in time. Recommend for short staycation.

It s clean, very close to subway station, very close to jade market, and shangxiajiu, lot of food shops near and they’re cheap and delicious
