酒店住的很舒服 而且離北京路很近 離地鐵口也很近真的很方便 和姐妹一起來玩 太喜歡這個酒店的氛圍啦

房間不大，一進門就看到了地板上有臟東西，黑點點。枕頭裡麪殘有上位客人的頭髮。浴室洗澡的地方，梳粧台的水管漏水。洗澡的地方水一大就會很濕。跟前台通過微信聯繫，態度很好，來看了，簡單處理了一下。環境和衞生不太滿意，其他還行。

這次旅行住宿最踩坑🕳房間裏時不時蹦出一衹小強，會飛那種，洗髮水沐浴露像旅館的樣子低廉，沒有洗手液，沒有小香皂🧼，最不可思議的是充電要收費……這些就是300+住宿的標準。

前台服務一般, 位置上還可以, 酒店旁邊有便利店, 步行去最近的地鐵站約7分鐘, 步行去北京路約15分鐘。然而, 酒店只有一台升降機是運作的, 但因為房務部收垃圾也會使用, 導致升降機有一股臭味, 不過都是能理解的, 而入住的房間都算整潔, 房務員挺主動幫忙, 我認為房間欠缺冰箱和一次性拖鞋較為不便, 不過我下次再來這邊的時候應該會入住其他酒店。

Service was wonderful, got a free late check out.. The location was great and near the food area, there was a nice craft beer restaurant along the area too near the river...
The hotel room bed was comfortable and the city view was quite nice.. some part of the hotel may require some touch up but definitely a nice hotel to stay in for a short duration.. easy to travel around to all the tourists hotspot..

Most importantly, the name of the hotel (bar and Spa) had miss lead us to book this hotel. Which both facilities are not available within this hotel year ago.
The room are satisfied but the common area are in bad shape. ( lift and corridor)
Feel that the management team is not interested to run this hotel.
The location of this hotel is good, next to many good food and shopping.
Due to the 广交会，the hotel prices look too high for this hotel.
