一言で最悪。リッチは良いものの、本当に一泊20,000円なのか？ただただ疑問？エアコン効かず、ヘアを替えたら冷蔵庫がない、他にないか尋ねたら二つの選択肢しかなく、エアコンの効きが悪い部屋を選択。世の中、マダニが騒がれているのに清潔感ゼロ、考えたら体が痒くなる感じの部屋。蚊には刺されるし。何と言ってもtrip.comの掲示してる写真がおかしい。実際と全く異なる。初めてこんな部屋には帰りたく無いと思いました。お金を出しているのに。この3泊4日のこの嫌な気持ちを返して欲しい。初めて叱りさえ感じました。二度とtrip.comでは予約しません。他のお客様の為にも改善を？
本当に一泊20,000円の部屋だったのか確認して欲しい。

酒店位置很棒，離出差開會的地方很近。房間一開始訂有點小了，前台和經理服務很好幫我折扣升房了，一整晚睡眠質量挺好，沒有什麼大問題。

天美作為老牌酒店基本都是廣交會商務出行選擇之一，價格也在展會期間比較親民，地理位置也很優越，太古滙隔壁為出行及購物帶來極大便利。這次回程由於晚了一天，最後一天還給升級了房間，並切和夥伴由於身體不適給了最大限度的延遲退房。

GWで広州貿易会の最中に行ったのでどこもかしこも高くて選択肢がありませんでした。
私は出張の際はマリオットに泊まっていましたので、体育館付近が良いと考えこのホテルを選びました。
部屋に入って思ったのが天井が高くなく、天井の一部は剥がれていて、タイルの床は禿げていて、それとは真逆の位置にある現代アートがデカデカと掲げられており、お世辞にも上品な部屋とは言えない部屋に2万弱払ったのが正当だったか？自問自答しました。但し、不思議なことにベットのファブリック類は清潔に洗濯されており、気持ち悪いベッドではありませんでした。
次の日の朝、床に髪の毛を散らして、ポテチのクズもわざと床に散らして出かけたのですが、なんと、帰ってきたら綺麗に床が拭いてありました。次の日も同じように掃除がされており、清潔という点では優秀だと思いました。あと下水の匂いもありませんでした。
宿泊客は私以外は中国人という感じでした。このホテルは多分、慣れればいいと思います。掃除が清潔にしてもらえるので、この点はありがたいですし、裏にある中学校が見えるビューで学生時代を懐かしめました
あと果物の差し入れもありがとうございました。

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and if you’re going to be visiting Guangzhou for something that will keep you busy most of the day (like business or sight seeing) this is really all that you need.
The hotel is very well located and right at Shaipaiqiao metro station (just make sure that you take the Exit D, turn left and enter from the rear of the building going up to reception on the 7th floor). The rooms are small but don’t feel cramped and are well cleaned. The hotel has has all the amenities that you need including a self service laundry station on the 8th floor.
Although there is no breakfast served, the hotel is next to several malls, has a McDonalds and FamilyMart very close by and has several small restaurants in the basement.
The hotel is also excellent value most of the time, just keep an eye out around the Canton Fair dates as prices can often quadruple like most other hotels.
I would recommend it and will definitely stay again.
