房間很喜歡，很乾凈整潔，位於市中心，周邊很多好玩的，房間設備齊全，有冰箱洗衣機電磁爐那些，很像家的感覺。服務也很熱情，推薦

房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，冰箱洗衣機廚具配備齊全，應是裝修不久。服務也周到，每天衞生打掃、拖鞋和衞生紙更換，被套床單主動詢問是否更換，一些小事也都能及時給與解決，續住了幾天，安靜舒適方便，是來廣州性價比較高的選擇。

夜景超讚，可惜拍了視頻沒拍照片，家人都非常喜歡，房間設備很齊全衹要自己買廚具就可以做飯，複式公寓活動空間很大，也很乾凈，服務也很熱情，家人都玩的很開心

帶着家人去廣州過年，這個酒店非常中心，周邊配套非常好，交通便利～街道上滿滿年味，體驗了不一樣的年味，酒店樓下是廣州核心商圈，遊客人來人往，馬路對面是花市，春節期間熱鬧無比，各種花爭奇鬥艷，美不勝收。

房屋老舊，到處都是灰塵，污垢。洗漱區每天打掃的也相當應付。還時常有蟑螂出沒。 房間配置都無法保證，我住的是雙衞浴套房，有時竟然兩個衞生間都沒有衞生紙。好幾次洗漱物品也衹給一個房間換。 衞浴沒有墊腳巾，衞浴門還關閉不嚴漏水滿地... 同一層樓裏有客房有商家，異常雜亂，常常會有人 K 歌到半夜。電梯也非常緊張。 可能是為了節約，毛巾都是破洞還在使用也就罷了，可常常看到保潔人員把要換的毛巾和已經換下的床單放在一起... 酒店位置極佳，乘車，吃飯，購物都非常方便。 前台工作人員大多禮貌客氣，衹是感覺他們好像權限不夠，指揮不動其他工作人員。

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Trip.com. The images displayed on their website and the actual condition of the hotel room worlds' apart (see attached photos). I made a reservation for a Duplex Family Room with three beds for a two-night stay, but the condition of the room was so bad, we check out the very next morning. The rooms are aged and poorly maintained, emitting an unpleasant odor of urine throughout. The appliances in the room were not only incredibly dirty but also in such a state that they were essentially unusable and beds are terrible as well. To make matters worse, accessing the rooms was a cumbersome process. First, one must take the elevator to the 23rd floor, exit it, and then proceed through a separate security gate, requiring yet another key card to access another elevator leading to the rooms. This made it quite inconvenient, especially when dealing with luggage, and the wait times for the elevators were exceedingly long. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment when considering your accommodation options.

The location is very good , directly next to Marriott hotel and GrandView Mall and the view from rooms is good and big enough , also have fridge and washing machine. But the building elevator is busy during the day, also need to take care more for rooms cleanliness, specially bathroom.

Location was great, easy access to shopping malls around. Room was a bit small but clean.
