Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity. **From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect. **We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they "already set it up" and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy. **Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper. **The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience. Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. Select this hotel is to rush for morning flight. it is near to Baiyun Airport, take about 15-20 mins drive. Hotel provide morning breakfast starts 6am and, offer free bus transport to the airport, this really help alot for me to catch the early morning flight in a convenient and easy way. The counter staff 小金 is very supportive and helpful, thanks for his friendly service to us who are senior citizens.... The bath room was having some issue and we could not bath, room staff resolved the issue quickly by moving us to another room. For those who need to catch up early morning flight at Baiyun Airport, I recommend you to consider this hotel.

酒店環境很好，室內衞生很乾凈，床品舒適，前台小李服務很好，免費機場接送機，免費停車，還有充電樁，樓下有個湘菜館，**性價比很高，菜量很大，價格實惠，離白雲山也很近，川航的空姐和機長也住這個酒店。早餐豐盛，下次繼續住！

每隔一個小時有趟車去白雲機場。非常方便。前台幫忙預約車。 設施：設施齊全，這次時間太趕沒有來得及吃早餐就出發了。 衞生：衞生非常乾淨， 環境：環境也很好，跟航空公司合作的，機組人員都是在這住。大家可以來偶遇空姐空少哦😲 服務：前台服務非常熱情。尤其是“@小張”小姐姐。漂亮又熱心。人美心善❤🌹🤟

在白雲機場打開攜程看到這家有接送服務然後就訂了。酒店環境很好，設施很新，工作人員服務態度也很好，尤其是前台客服鄧先生，步行800米有個人和地鐵站，出行挺便利的。自助早餐品類也蠻豐富的，有廚師現場製作煎蛋、雲吞麪等！可以説是這個價位極具性價比的高檔酒店了，下回來還會選擇住這

從廣州轉機回北京，入住凱里亞德酒店，前台張女士服務熱情，大熱天的給我們冰了礦泉水，司機馮師傅開車到地鐵接我們，第二天一早酒店還派車送我們到機場，非常方便！給我們的旅途畫上圓滿的句號，期待下次再來廣州！

房間很大，很乾凈，設施很齊全。前台小張姐姐服務態度特別好，很耐心幫我們預約送機服務，下次還會選擇這家酒店~

酒店房間衞生很乾凈，床品非常舒服，但是令我特別不滿意的就是餐廳服務人員的態度，有一位戴眼鏡的大姐特別兇，我第一次用鬆餅烤盤，不太會用，她就特別不耐煩的告訴我，要擰那個按鈕。然後我夾鬆餅的時候，又特別凶地告訴我要用夾子。全程都是批評和指責的語氣，這讓我特別不舒服。而且經近早餐結束時，有個客人想夾一下菜品，她直接把盤子端走了，可能是因為到了早餐時間了。近一個月以來我一路住過了三亞，海口，深圳，廣州的酒店，其中有高檔到也有平價的，更有低價的，儘管可能環境上有所差別，但是沒有遇見一家酒店的服務態度如此之差勁👎。白雲機場附近好多酒店，之所以選擇這一家就是因為錦江之星和凱里亞德的品牌力量，希望品牌能在人員任用上能盡善盡美，如果有的人實在不適合做服務行業，那麼就請另請高明。這是我第一次住酒店遇見這麼高高在上，用命令語氣和客人説話的服務人員，真的很氣憤。
