My experience was amazing in this hotel, i was stunned by its beautiful room and it felt luxurious. I don’t have any bad experiences. Our rooms were all clean including the bathroom. For this price, this hotel is a wonderful choice. Just go for it!!!
The only things is it’s not in the main city but metro right down the hotel, just its not a problem.

非常好的酒店，服務員幫我升級了VR房。服務超棒！全屋智能化，可以對着鏡子健身跳舞，可以唱歌，可以戴着VR眼鏡看大片。體驗相當好！強烈推薦的一家酒店，以後還會再來的！

其實硬件設施是不錯的，付合平常騎士酒店，可惜以下問題我對這間酒店怕怕了，首先我用積分兌換提早入住，但當天我開了二小時多的車，決定先吃中午再入住，所以根本沒有提早，而且我是四點多先到達，但竟然跟我說房間還沒清潔好，要再過一小時多二小時才過來，即如我提早至10點入住，那我即要在酒店等8小時才能入住，如果你們真的未能提供客服，只要一個電話告知客人那就完事，因為那是新開發區，附近跟本沒地方好逛，來回市區要一個多小時，而當刻根本感受不到前台的歉意，只不斷叫我二小時後再來，太過分，到我六點多再入住，等了這麼多的時間，竟然房間內還少了拖鞋，我要再問寫客服領取，最後所謂的特色項目水果跟桌遊不見踪影，迷你吧就是4支水，真夠特色，和其他的騎士酒店對比，這間硬件需好，但服務真是垃圾，我住這麼多酒店還未試過這次的經歷

房間真的很滿意 地理位置就在地鐵口邊上，雖然不是市中心 但地鐵很便利 去哪都可以 房間很大 設計很合理 乾濕分離做的非常好 早餐也很好 蛋糕麪包都是山姆的 咖啡機 牛奶 酸奶都有 肉肉也有 炒菜 煮麪都很可口
衞生：很乾凈
服務：服務超級棒！
設施：裝修的很合理

最近來科學城出差都選擇住這裏，新酒店，裝修很有意思，前台小軍同學接待很迅速服務超級好，早餐種類不多但是味道不錯，點心據説是山姆**

在附近辦事，看到新酒店，評價還不錯，決定一試。
前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度都非常好，不想住太低樓層也儘量安排高一些的房間，入住送的下午茶適合不太趕時間的友友，16層高空喝咖啡感覺還是不錯的。
酒店的細節滿分，主色調愛馬仕橙，到處都是騎士元素，用品也看出來是用心挑選，床很舒服😌實在要挑的話，路邊的房間略吵，房間有一點新裝修的刺鼻味道。過一段時間再幫襯，選不沿街的房型[呲牙]

免費升級了房間，中間出了點小問題但前台及時解決了，服務很棒，電視不能手機投屏，衹能用愛奇藝但是裏面有會員可以隨便看想看的電影。
免費雙人自助下午茶禮遇: 下午茶很豐富，品種很多，晚上還有雞尾酒可惜沒有嚐到
