The location is excellent. Restaurants food are good with variety. The cleaning needs to improve as I told the cleaner the bed had yogurt sour smell, she didn’t change the quilt cover and bed sheet, only did easy job-changed the pillow covers. At night I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Then I rang the service and told them the situation. They sent 2 room service ladies and changed the bed sheets and quilt covers straight away.

The biggest hotel I’ve stayed in Guangzhou. Was very happy to see the huge room with a separate living area, bathtub, separate shower and toilet. Then the leakage happened. What a shame, don’t know why there is a flood whenever we use the shower. The bathtub, toilet area and sink area is fine, but the water will flood most of the toilet floor after shower, and the worst is there will be a foul smell that comes after. Shower room is just next to the beds, so we ensure the shower door is shut when we sleep to keep the smell away. Other than the shower mishap, everything is perfect, I was surprised to see they even have different charging lines near the dresser and the tv area, very thoughtful!Location is the best, shopping plaza just across the road with a delicious dim sum restaurant on the 2nd floor, be sure to go early, I reached close to 11am and que for almost an hour to get a seat. The super market in the shopping plaza is expensive but the bread offers buy 2 free 1 if you go after 8pm, the bread is so tasty, I brought back to sg and ate for 2 days it still taste very good. Bought kiwis and persimmon back to sg and both taste very good as well. Subway is just 3 mins away and easily to get taxis from the hotel or from the roadside. Walk about 30 mins to qing hui yuan, one of the famous garden in Guangzhou, visit the huang fei hong and ye wen gallery. Take the subway 2 stops to Beijing bu xing jie, plenty of shops and vibrant place, it’s a must go. Really love the location of this old hotel, so convenient and surrounded by shopping and eateries, just need to make sure to have a shower room that doesn’t leak.

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

The hotel service staff are very helpful in making sure your stay there is as if it is your home. Especially the concierge area, willing to go an extra mile to ensure everything is as planned. I would still be using this hotel on my next trip to Guangzhou

Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

Check in was fast. Front office staff was efficient with our booking even at 4am. Room provided is good. Most importantly it's clean (to our standard) and non smoking room. Offered to pick which floor to stay, we picked the highest floor so water pressure slightly low so unable to enjoy a pouring shower haha. But it's decent water pressure. Bed and sheets are all good and comfy to us. Toiletries and towels are provided too. Metro mrt station and long-distance train station both within the same building just across the hotel. By foot probably 100m away. No crossing of roads required. ”Guangzhou train station” is the name of the station. As long as you can get to metro in Guangzhou, it'll be all convenient to other parts of Guangzhou. At least that's to us. Only drawback in this area (not the hotel) is we can't find good f&b outlets. Just one or two coffee shop serving decent local noodles. Perhaps asking the front desk suggestion would help but we didn't. This side of Guangzhou is of older buildings and infra not the ultra modern high rise modern side of China. Two convenient stores located just at ground floor next to hotel. I'd recommend this hotel to others. All pictures are not related to the hotel or nearby hotel. Sorry about it. Don't be misled. Only picture related is the train station picture.

This hotel is nestled back from the main roads, however, it is within the historic leather market and taxis will pick up at the hotel entrance. It is also next to the train station. Inside there are nice rooms and a friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable and the aura is very quaint. One thing that I wish they had is an hdmi port on the TVs. This a common thing that hotels in China are missing, so I hope that they consider upgrading to maximize the experience.

I chose this hotel because I came to Guangzhou for a visit. Room facilities: The room facilities are very complete, disposable items and toiletries are of good quality. Mineral water and tea bags are available. The toiletries are also fragrant and taste good. Cost-effectiveness: I feel that it is a very cost-effective hotel in the area. After checking in, whether it is reading, studying, working, breakfast, changing clothes, etc., everything is available and it is in place. Breakfast: There are not many varieties of breakfast, which can basically satisfy you. Don’t waste it, just eat whatever you want. Porridge, noodles, eggs, fruits, stir-fried vegetables with milk, etc. all depend on personal taste. The location is convenient, not far from Sanyuanli. It is within walking distance from Guangzhou Railway Station and Yuexiu Park. It is also very convenient for Beijing Road, Shangxiajiu and the airport. The staff are also very friendly and the room is very clean. The best thing is The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and she patiently answered my questions because unfamiliar people from out of town had many questions. Worth recommending

The location of this hotel is okay due to being 30 mins to the airport without traffic and a beautiful park nearby. However, being near the train station makes the experience less pleasant with the amount of people, the noise from trains (I guess it could depend on the side), and some men trying to aggressively sell you copies of luxury items. The room itself was nice and clean, the bed is comfy. The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful although I can speak some Chinese, not sure how it would be for those who don’t. There is a slight smell of smoke in the corridor, typical for hotels in China but wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was just an average Chinese breakfast with some limited western choices, edible enough if you just need to eat before the flight. Coffee could be better though I’m

The hotel is fairly new. Location is excellent. There are wholesale markets all are the hotel for bags & luggages. Fast food chains like Burger King, Pizza Hut, and McDonald’s all within close vicinity. The front desk staffs are very courteous and speaks English. The breakfast was ok consists of both local and continental. My flight arrived early at 6am and since rooms were able, I was able to check in at 10am without additional charges. The only drawback about the hotel that there are no safe lockers in rooms. Other than that I had a perfect stay at this hotel. Next time when I come back to Guangzhou, I would definitely stay here again.

I went to Guangzhou for a week on a business trip. I chose this hotel until two o'clock in the middle of the night. The facts proved that it was not a waste of my efforts. First of all, because I am going to the surrounding cities, I am very considerate. Secondly, the location of the hotel is really good. The subway station is the subway station. There are all kinds of delicious food within one kilometer nearby. It’s a bit good to go out. There is Tao Taoju across the road. I have eaten these few days... Finally , The hotel's hygiene is very good. Although the facilities are relatively old, the sanitation is good and the bathtub is very clean. In short, at this price, what else is required to find such a good hotel in this location in Guangzhou? Called to praise the little brother Huang Depei at the front desk for helping with late check-out. In fact, all the service staff in this hotel are very nice, take the trouble to answer our questions and recommend delicious food around.

The location is good and the transportation is convenient. You can get to the subway station in a few minutes. We chose the hotel to go to the Guangzhou Zoo. There is a free parking lot, which can be exempted until 2 pm. If you exceed , you have to pay more. You have saved a lot of parking fees. Self-service The breakfast was better than expected. Overall, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The overall hotel environment is also good.

I haven’t been back to Guangzhou for a long time. I miss this hotel very much. It has been renovated a lot. The breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor is various. There are enthusiastic staff in the front hall, a good-looking guy and a beautiful girl. The guest rooms are full of enthusiasm. Sister, the room is still as clean and tidy as before, and there is a new laundry room, and the washing machine also has a drying function, so you don't have to worry about the clothes not drying for several days. Love this hotel. Facilities: Laundry room, quick wash, spin and dry in one Hygiene: Clean and tidy, equipped with disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bathtub bags. Environment: The environment is beautiful, the decoration is exquisite, and the photos are very artistic. Service: The front office service is very good and will always care about your needs. Delicious snacks in the lobby and heart-warming tea in the lobby: Delicious and healthy Luo Han Guo tea is provided, paired with snacks.
