Several major shopping malls nearby and at least 3 major stations are within walking distance Excellent recreational facilities - Lovely indoor pool with a decent enough length to do some laps in - well equipped gym - good sauna/steam and jacuzzi facilities Rooms outdated - the bedside light switches are between the wall and the bedside table, my hands got caught several times - lack of modern touches such as USB C ports , smart lighting and curtain functions Food - quality could be better - lacks finesse - breakfast range is substandard - Cocktails are good

Excellent service, location, and amenities. Full view of the hotel pool and the lovely city from my room on the 11th floor. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. Just a 1-minute walk from Tiyu Xi Lu metro station. Will definitely come back again!

There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

The hotel is located in a cbd, very close to the park and convenient. The room is clean and very comfortable, the bed is extremely soft. We had a good sleep, but I think something wrong with the air conditioning system, it was still quite warm in the room even we adjust the temperature to 16-18c.. We asked one of the staffs for help if they can fix it but we didn’t get any answer even after check-out. Anyway, overall was good.

The hotel is clean but it's old. Old furniture. At the beginning I thought it was nice when it smelled of jasmine tea everywhere, including my room. A few minutes later this started to annoy me, I couldn't smell anything around me but that jasmine. I had to open all windows and turn on a fan, then it helped. The ladies at reception don't smile, it's ok maybe they're busy, but they also don't greet you when you enter the hotel. Also they asked me to fill some paper for foreigners, it's ok, it took me a couple of minutes but other hotels NEVER asked me to do that, so why does your hotel need that then? I liked the location, very close to a beautiful shopping mall, subway and lots of restaurants around. Also, the room was quite spacious and with an unusual layout, but they need to renovate their hotel, that's for sure.

Good Location at the Tian He CBD area, so many Choices of Delicious Restaurant, Korean BBQ, Thai, SeaFood, etc. Near ShiPaiQiao MRT Station only several minutes walk. So Many Mall around here, TaiKooHui, OneLinkWalk, Grand View Mall, etc We only walk several minutes. The Room is Clean. Everyday I found my room cleaned. During Canton Fair, the Hotel provide Bus Service to Hall A & Hall B at 8.20 AM and Pick up at 18.20 PM, so Nice We can find so many MiniMart around so we can buy mineral water, snack, drink, etc We can find Jogging track behind this Hotel, nice For Breakfast, maybe the Hotel can make variety food in the future because the menu is the same. Overall I really enjoy stay here Thanx Lavande Hotel for Good Service

Location : located directly next to tiyuwest rd metro station exit A. There are 3 shopping centres just opposite of the hotel. Surrounded by food eateries. Service : Staff service is good and attentive. Cleanliness : Hotel is clean, although there are moisty smell, my mistake never inform front desk to change for another room. Amenities : included breakfast, supper, laundry and gyms. What more I can ask for? It's good and up to latest hotel trend.

The hotel is close to the malls and the metro. However, it’s right in the centre of old apartment buildings. The carpet in the hallways are quite dirty. My first room was right next to a narrow road and could hear cars and people (2nd floor). I asked to be moved and it was right across behind an apartment building. And I’m thankful for the move. It’s perfect for a short stay

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. If I need a small toilet seat to take care of my children, the boss even bought me a new one. I also got all the extra quilts I needed. Hygiene: Good hygiene and very clean. Environment: It is a mixed-use hotel, but there is no noise in the room and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Although it's very close to the subway, it's only a minute's walk away, but Line 3 is really dead, so we still take a taxi when we go out, and it's very cheap. And Zhengjia Plaza is really suitable for walking kids

The lobby and catering staff have excellent service, and the environment is comfortable. The audio-visual equipment will be improved if it is optimized. It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!

We upgraded to a family suite for free. The room is large, the night view is beautiful, and the service is very good. There are shopping malls downstairs, Wanlinghui downstairs, next to Zhengjia Plaza, opposite Taikoo Hui, and the subway station downstairs. It is really super convenient. , very cost-effective, the first choice in urban areas 👍
