The place is good and comfortable. Convenience store is just opposite to the hotel. You can buy anything that you want. The room have kitchen and can cook what you want to eat. Unfortunately, no pan or wok provided.

Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Every encounter with the hotel staff was nothing short of outstanding. They were attentive, responsive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

Excellent service, location, and amenities. Full view of the hotel pool and the lovely city from my room on the 11th floor. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. Just a 1-minute walk from Tiyu Xi Lu metro station. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is located in a cbd, very close to the park and convenient. The room is clean and very comfortable, the bed is extremely soft. We had a good sleep, but I think something wrong with the air conditioning system, it was still quite warm in the room even we adjust the temperature to 16-18c.. We asked one of the staffs for help if they can fix it but we didn’t get any answer even after check-out. Anyway, overall was good.

Our order has 2 breakfast everyday but the hotel record only shows 1. We have to show the trip.com confirmation (luckily husband has printed it out, we can't find it again from the order) and they checked that their record is wrong. Billy at the reception doesn't smile and I think he should ask me to add 1 more breakfast (because there is discount to add in advance) but he didn't do so and make me spent half hour to prove I should have 2 breakfast in the next morning. The manager Yannes has apologized and let us have breakfast in the VIP lounge (also free for tea time and happy hour). The food is only average. The waitress asked me if the food okay, I said the bread of the egg benedict is too soft. Then she answered usually people dont' eat the bread. Do you think her answer is so strange? The hotel is grand, the garden and pond is beautiful, room is cozy but you can hear the noise in the next room. The cleaning lady has good smile and polite. Very close to the MTR station and the restaurant Dim Dou Duck.

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

Older property compared to all the new hotels in Guangzhou, but tastefully designed, clean lines, excellent service both generally and in the Club Lounge. Wonderful food quality and wine choices, beautiful pool with views of the cityscape, fully-equipped gym. Location in the cultural centre of Zhujiang cannot be beaten with easy access to the rest of the city. Would definitely stay again.

There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻
