臨走退房的時候前台的小哥哥給了我2瓶礦泉水一個蘋果，説是希望我給個好評。一般這種情況我還是會給好評的，但是這次確實是給不下手。 我們是7.23號到達的曾家山，到的時候是下午3.4點鐘了，我和爸媽還有我們家小孩都還是有點累，去前台辦理入住的時候都挺忙，是一個3/7分頭髮梳上去，大眼睛雙眼皮的女的接待的我（她對我態度不好我也沒必要對她稱呼多和善）。 她一臉不耐煩，對我愛答不理，問啥都説不清楚，而且我明明是訂的親子房，在華美達住了3天，唯獨她，我問她，早餐是怎麼分配的，人家一臉不耐煩説是第二天早上去二樓吃飯前台買票（第二天第三天續房人家都是和和氣氣給了3張餐票，説我是親子房）。然後我問她小童樂園怎麼走呢，她説喊我去旁邊問一哈。我和我媽當時就對廣元華美達的印象非常不好了，説他們最近生意好了，看不起我們這些老旅遊的了。結果除了23號這個前台女的，後兩天的前台服務人員，包括早餐前台的小姐姐態度都非常好。 不是説我花了錢我就是客户，700多一晚的酒店也不是好便宜，你一天擺個臭臉和哪個看？帶着父母和娃兒還要看你臭臉，最後悔的事沒看到她名牌把她貼出來。 總之就是，環境還是很不錯，設施那些都很新，除了23號第一天那個女的服務也很好，但是早餐有點單一，還收48一位，有點貴了。

這次遊廣元，下榻蘭歐之星酒店。 酒店屬當年新開酒店，房間設施及衞生整體滿意。前台服務態度很好。入住後酒店還給客人贈送一個鮮棗小果盤，很新鮮。 酒店位置整體便利，離火車站不遠，距南河濕地公園也挺近的，酒店樓下就有公交車站，交通便利。 美中不足的是，附近飯館較少，吃飯不太方便。 這次廣元之行，感覺城市較以前乾淨整潔了很多。雖然城市基礎設施較陳舊，由於街道乾淨，樹木繁多，加之整體冷色基調，給人以爽凈舒適之感！ 而廣元的人間煙火氣息給我留下了深刻的印象。在嘉陵一中門前街道（叫不上街名）上，一長溜狹窄的街道兩邊攤位繁多，擺滿了各種果子蔬菜，地方特產，人們摩肩接踵，人頭攢動，流連在各個攤位前詢價交易，叫賣聲，招呼聲，此起彼伏，一派繁華盛世景象，幸福感爆棚啊！ 當然，坐公交車時，也聽到了一些雜音，人們似乎對小區的物業管理不是太滿意。有兩位鄰座女士聊天，一個住在一個叫天立華庭的小區，她説開發商為了逼迫業主買車位，寧可將地下車庫車位設定障礙物閑置，也不讓業主租車位停車，而導致部分業主將車停在小區外路邊上，但這樣做的結果是，又影響了小區外面的交通。聽到了這些，感覺開發商，物業公司與業主的矛盾這些問題到處都存在，特別是中小城市尤甚！衷心祝願這些問題能儘快解決，畢竟，廣元是一座美麗宜居的城市，希望她各方面都美，都越來越好！

10月19日入住2晚。酒店在市區，交通方便，地面免費車位充足。門前有公交車，對面有超市。房間寬敞無異味，床舒適，隔音不錯，熱水充沛，特別喜歡那個飄窗，坐在那兒喝茶吃零食閑聊，看窗外風景，很好的體驗。服務員服務意識強，主動問好，每晚都送暖心夜宵（酸奶、水果、餅乾），讓身處異鄉的我們也能感受到家的温暖，給她們點贊。酒店有中餐廳，菜品口味和價位都還行。早餐不錯，中西合璧，菜品豐富，口味上佳。米粉、女皇蒸涼麪等，都值得一嘗。酒店緊挨着“南河”，河兩岸建有濱河步道，是早起晨練和飯後遛彎的好去處。酒店總體感覺不錯，下次到廣元還會入住這家酒店。
