"O hotel é bonito, com um design único, um ambiente encantador e excelente atenção para o detalhe.O pessoal era profissional, amigável e muito útil, especialmente quando pedi uma mudança de quarto. Infelizmente, duas questões importantes afetaram a minha estadia.Primeiro, as quartos não têm ar condicionado, e os fãs só estão disponíveis a pedido em números muito limitados.A sala estava extremamente quente, e eu não consegui dormir na minha primeira noite. Em segundo lugar, pago um extra para um quarto de visão montanhosa, mas a vista estava principalmente bloqueada pelo telhado, o que não estava claro nas fotos de reserva ou descrição. Tive de pagar cerca de CHF 100 por noite para atualizar para um quarto com a vista que eu esperava inicialmente. Acredito que este hotel é UMA excelente escolha no inverno, MAS no Verão, a falta de ar condicionado e a atmosfera de visão de montanha erradas afetaram significativamente a minha experiência."

"The location is excellent. Because I have allergies, the carpet was very bad for me. It was old and I think it couldn't be cleaned anymore. Otherwise everything was clean. We had to take my dogs with us unexpectedly because the dog sitter all over suddenly didn't want to take care of my dogs anymore. In your hotel you didn't cause any problems but were just understanding and I appreciate that very much. Otherwise we should have left.   In the restaurant a special table was made for us and my four-legged friends. They were all very sweet and very friendly to my Caisy and Flocky. The service from the restaurant was a 5 plus. We really enjoyed the menu: everything was very good. I have traveled and lived in 5 star plus hotels all over the world my whole life and I know when people give service and are professionals. But the human touch is still very rare. Someone I/we would like to thank especially for her help is Kiara or Ciara. She had the personal, very professional service that you hardly find anymore. I don't know how she did it, but even though it's the time of year when everything is fully booked and everyone is under stress, she made time for all of the customers and still didn't make anyone wait. She saw so many little things and helped with them, not just for us but for all of her customers. I have rarely seen anyone so friendly, helpful and professional. She already knew what the customers needed and took care of it before we even said it. I would like to thank her again for everything she did for us. "Adorable cabin like rooms. Restaurant is good. 10 min walk to the ‘city center’ and 15-20 min walk to the train station. Awesome amenities for kids like a little racetrack. I made use of the ping pong table. If you’re into skiing/snowy activities this is the spot to be, because the lift is literally across the hotel. Rooms can be a little loud at night. All in all a great experience for the price. I’d stay here again."

"I have already spent one weekend at Golfhotel Les Hauts de Gstaad last year, and this is my 2nd time there. I am happy to see that the quality is still the same: our family room was spotless, all common places (Spa, restaurant, kids playroom, toilets) were all very clean, the pillows are extremely comfortable, all the personnel (from the reception to the waiters) are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is nice and the breakfast offers a wide range of choices. We were even surprised and moved by the sweet message and small gift given to my husband for his birthday. Thank you very much and bravo to the whole team!"
