We arrived at the hotel with great expectations as somewhere to start our holiday in France with a relaxing spa hotel. The pictures looked great….however they paint a very different image of this hotel. It’s really disappointing and over priced. On arrival I was very surprised to find it looked more like an American motel. The hotel itself doesn’t have a bar or restaurant, all facilities are in the ******. The room was clean but shower head wouldn’t stay up and it’s dated again nothing like the rooms shown on their website. On checking in we booked our slot for the spa when we went to reception at the allotted time we were told it wasn’t available anymore as someone had booked it privately. The receptionist was not apologetic and really couldn’t have cared. Having had this disappointment we decided to venture to the pool, again not at the hotel but outside the ******, only to find piles of animal faeces next to the pool and the sun-bed cushions were all ripped and dirty. There were children playing next to the piles of pooh. It was revolting. We eventually got to use the spa in the next morning, the steam room was not working so there was just a jacuzzi. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay of one night at Hotel le Phoebus Garden and Spa was a disappointment. For one, the reception was not very accomodating. We booked an hour for two at the spa for the evening of our arrival. We were asked to pay in advance. The reception booked us for the next evening, and we arrived in an ice cold spa. We were told that we would be refunded. This was on November 28th. One month later we have still not been refunded the 30 Euros we paid for the spa. This is after three or four telephone calls to the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was not worth the amount we paid. This hotel may provide decent services during peak season, but we would not recommend to stay there in November.

Remarkably we never got to stay. We had a room booked and received a note from them to say there was an error with the credit card. We called, we emailed and we tried to go back to them via ******* and received no response. In the communications we told them that we'd either correct the error by paying over the phone or on arrival. We assumed the latter would acceptable as they didn't respond. Then, out of the blue 3 days before travel we had the first communication from them to say they'd cancelled our booking. We made the error initially by hitting USA instead of UK on our credit card payment. But a total lack of support and communication on the part of the hotel turned an error into a lost booking for them and us having to make alternative arrangements. Oh, and trying to phone them was a dead loss - we tried and tried without answer.

UN SUPERBE ACCUEIL ! Julia m’a accueillit à la réception et a pris le temps de m’aider, à l’image de l’ensemble de l’équipe, souriante, disponible et met un point d’honneur sur la relation client. 5 super cars on tour from Cannes to Nice to Saint Tropez to the hotel and then up to the Alps then back down to Cannes and finished in Monaco. the hotel was was set in the middle of nowhere but had everything and staff were tentative. nice views / good food /rooms were great /clean fresh would recommend this hotel for a relax / calm chilling few days away from it all.

Personnel à l'écoute aimable serviable Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner au TOP un choix de sucré salé avec de bon produits et une bonne partie fait maison. Les repas ,midi, copieux,frais et bons. Bonne situation géographique avec une vue.....

Hotel plus tout jeune, climatisation à 25 degrés, petit déjeuner très moyen (niveau ibis budget)terrasse très mal entretenue tout comme la piscine qui ressemble plus à une mare aux canards (et oui présence autorisée des canards);qui a octroyé 3 étoiles ???!!!

bonjour suite séjour quatre jours au 15 aout 2024. je précise que je ne suis pas un privilégie ou une connaissance. un hôtel simple accueillant et facile d accès. un parking certes un peu chargé mais celui du ****** est là. le personnel d accueil très pro et sympathique car nous avons allongé notre séjour et cela s est fait sans problème. chambre simple propre avec une terrasse agréable. salle d'eau grande et simple eau chaude parfait et sèche cheveux qui fonctionne. la clim aussi la tv aussi et accès wifi sans souci. pour les petits déjeuners que dire viennoiserie a volontés fruits sec charcuterie (jambons blancs crus rosette fromage) fruits rouges et fromage blanc œufs, brouillés et lard grillés. En plus déjeuner sur la terrasse face à l'étang. Accès un jacuzzi no problème. accès à la piscine et au bar sans soucis que demander de mieux. pour nous un super séjour et un personnels au sourire et gentils pour vous rendre service . je ne vais pas dire que c est le top mais je vous le recommande sans aucune hélistation . un petit mot pour les gens de l accueil le service en chambre et le personnel du service du petit déjeuner . merci et a bientôt
