Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez

We travel a lot as a family and we never had an experience like this before. We were there for the fourth time. This time we booked through Maeva for the first time. What an horrific experience. The kids room was full of black mold. We pointed it out, only to be told that they knew, but it should be not harmful. Obviously, we could no longer use the room. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The kettle and the pans were dirty as well. The air conditioning was broken at 40 °C. We bought two fans at our own expense. The wall almost collapsed. The apartment should never have been rented out. Maeva only told us that they knew it was in need of renovation, but that this was not their responsibility, because they are only the broker. We have tried to contact Maeva several times. Apart from being told that the mold was not harmful, we were unable to achieve anything. We then left a few days earlier. This was the most unbelievable experience we have had in all our years travelling with our family and also by far the worst experience in the south of France. Therefore an absolute: never book through Maeva. The pictures speak for themselves

Not a relaxing holiday at all the pool music is so high it is like a nightclub you can’t have a conversation or read the staff at the pool and on the reception are very unpleasant not helpful at all the toilets are filthy. Shame because it’s a beautiful location but we won’t be coming back. The girl that does the fitness is the only friendly face we saw during our stay the pool manager is dreadful. I don’t think he likes his job

Très bon accueil de la part du personnel, et aussi du gardien a l'entrée. Personnel sympathique et souriant . Dommage que le personnel de la supérette soit tout le temps sur son téléphone quand il y a des clients dans la supérette. Le domaine est très jolie, et grand, possibilité de se balader dans le domaine a pied et de faire une très jolie balade autour du lac. Il y a deux piscines , une plus grande avec des toboggans, celle-ci été fermer pendant mon séjour. Une plus petite, mais qui permet un moment agréable. Le logement est top, la salle de bain un peu petite, on peut vite se sentir enfermé dedans. La vue sur le golfe de St Tropez est magnifique. La terrasse est très belle. Il y a sufissament de vaisselle. Effectivement il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais c'est préciser sur le site donc pas de surprise . Des ventilateurs sont a dispositions dans les logements si besoin. Pas trop de vis a vis au niveau des logements tout en haut du domaine. Les chemins piétonniers du domaine comporte beaucoup de marche.
