My husband and myself stayed at this hotel and woke up the last morning to several roaches in the bathroom. We took the insects down to the desk and was told a manager would be in contact. I do not believe we have ever been contacted by a manager but instead front desk clerks. They called and said we would be issued some of our $ back, never happened. Called back, oh you have to go thru trip.com, called , they called hotel. Called me back and told me Allison would take care of it. She has sent me an entail where she credited account, bank says not there, to ask for tracing number. They will not provider me with a tracing number. Was told several different amounts were credited, different story every time I call. So now they say nothing they can do, call trip.com again , I have reached out again with no luck!
Customer service STINKS ! Did I mention having to unpack ahd shake everything out before taken belongings back into our home? Little German roaches!, I don’t want them.
