Room was clean and comfortable. They are in the process of updating the rooms so there was a light not plugged in and thermostat on wall was not wotking yet. Didnt bother me at all. Both people i dealt with at front desk were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I grew up near here so this is definitely the better side of town.

Door wouldn’t open on first room. Moved to another. Smoke smell. No toilet paper. Locks on door were poor. When we saw a bug on the bed we left

I like it cause it was in a quiet location multiple restaurants and stores was near by the room was clean

Office Manager Kizzy went out of the way to ensure my stay were great and accommodated my need for a great stay. Staff made sure I had clean towels before their shift ended.

Not a lot to like. It was relatively quiet but that's probably because of the few people that had rooms. Could hear the traffic from the street but that was tolerable. I felt comfortable only in the bed.... the couch, shower and anything else I didnt feel so comfortable

Pictures are deceptive. We arrived Sunday evening around 7 p.m. I think we were the only people booked. We needed a handicapped room for our elderly parents who have difficulty with tubs and stairs. We were directed to a room but on arrival, we found the air didn't work and the beds looked like someone had been laying on them. The bathroom had dirty towels and an unflushed toilet. The front desk person was kind but informed me they didn't have any more "clean" rooms on the first floor except for a room with known issues that she did not recommend. We managed to get my parents up the stairs since there was a no-refund policy when purchasing through *******. That room was not much better than the first room. The air worked a little better. The only thing keeping the door shut was the bar lock. light bulbs were burned out and outlets didn't work. The TV was on when we walked in. I pulled back the covers on the bed to find nasty dirty sheets. By this time, I am just ready to clean my own room which we did. We called the front desk and the front desk person was again very kind and brought us two sets of sheets that smelled clean but were very stained. We should have asked for towels since there was only one towel and one washcloth but there was no way I was going to get in that tub so it didn't matter. Again light bulbs were burned out and an outlet by the bed did not work. The furniture is dirty and stained, dust on everything, sticky & nasty. Not worth a star. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The water was brown and the breakfast was late and was not a Continental breakfast

Great staff and service! I do wish the laundry and ice machine were working however.

I was given three rooms the first one hadn't been cleaned, the second one someone was still staying in it the third was okay until house keeping came busting in while I was sleeping.
