We travelled to the Princess Suites The Mangrove. Not knowing it had just opened. What a beautiful spot! The decor, lush grounds and customer service was top notch! We didn’t have one bad meal. We went to all the buffet and a la carte restaurants, and had great service and warm welcomes. On the way down, we got engaged! My boyfriend had been in contact with. Cathy-Ann from the management team. They orchestrated many romantic moments and surprises. She went above and beyond, decorating the room, dinners, shoutouts from the DJ at the karaoke party, birthday dances from other staff!! She definitely added so much to our trip!

I got to experience this wonderful new resort soon after its opening with my cousin on her first trip to Jamaica (and my 7th) and I was pleasantly surprised. I knew it would be great, but I did not expect how exceptional it was. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. The warm welcome was very genuine. It was service from the heart 24/7. All the staff were great but one that sticks out is Morris Grant from the Lobby bar on the Mangroves side. He elevated the mood in the pool area. Upon finding out it was my birthday, he brought from his home a smoker and concocted a specialty drink not offered to other guests just for me! I was truly touched by this gesture. He is an absolute asset to the resort. Aside from this, there were plenty of activities to go around, and the nightly entertainment was wonderful. Peanut serenaded us all at the Karaoke with her amazing vocals! Foodwise, the quality and presentation of every dish was exquisite and spectacular. The buffet offered a plethora of options from North American dishes to the traditional Jamaica fare which was my go-to every day. The resort was kept spotless every day. Housekeeping surprised me with a bottle of bubbly and a birthday cake. I was also celebrated at breakfast and lunch with the much-loved Jamaican rendition of the happy birthday song by the staff. The grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept, the beach was beautiful and the water warm and inviting. Food truck options near the kids area were delicious. I highly recommend the **** pork. I will absolutely be back at this resort, and it remains a high-demand booking for my clients. Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday trip luxurious and memorable.

My fiancee and I got married here in November. The service provided by Khadine or wedding planner and our butlers Ray and Darrian was beyond exceptional. The entire resort is incredible with lots of potential. We hope to return for our honeymoon.

Dexton, the bellman at the Princess Hotel in Hanover, Westmoreland, Jamaica, is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and instantly put us at ease. Dexton's service went above and beyond. He didn't just handle our luggage; he provided a mini-tour of the hotel grounds, pointing out key amenities and offering helpful tips about the area. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing his love for Jamaica. Throughout our stay, Dexton consistently exceeded our expectations. He was always available to assist with a cheerful attitude, whether it was providing via the golf karts, offering restaurant recommendations, or simply providing a friendly chat. He truly embodies the spirit of Jamaican hospitality. Dexton's attention to detail and genuine care for the guests make him an invaluable asset to the Princess Hotel. If you're lucky enough to stay there, be sure to seek him out – you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I have just returned to the UK after staying at the Princess Senses Mangrove. We have been lucky enough to travel the world quite extensively and this place is one of the best . The swim up suites are immaculate the food at all of the restaurants and food halls is first class. The hotel is beautiful very modern and brand new but the biggest Diamond the Princess’s crown is one million % the staff . From Our driver Dimitri,George and all the other beach cleaners , waiting staff like Kerri Ann and Neisha. The fantastic Wadsworth and Janelle in the piano bar , Duel in the rooftop bar all the activity team Keeno , Shante ,Riley, Kyle ,Shantal, Ann Marie Shekena and Radcliffe to name just a few made our holiday so special and one to remember. Thanks for the memories guys Ian and Angela Smith x

The Princess Hotel in Jamaica exceeded all of our expectations! The resort is absolutely incredible. We stayed in the Platinum section, and it was truly worth it. The amenities were luxurious, and the personalized service made our stay exceptional. A huge highlight of our trip was the outstanding service provided by our butlers, Andre and Jessica!!They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. From handling special requests to surprising us with thoughtful touches, they truly made us feel like VIPs. They constantly checked in to see if we needed anything and were always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even asked. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay unforgettable, and we cannot thank them enough. The Platinum beach bar was another highlight. Chew Johnoy is an absolute gem! The food there was unlike anything I’ve ever had before—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The reception team at the Platinum reception also deserves special mention. Shanai , Yasheka were so warm, professional, and helpful, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The entire staff at the Princess Hotel was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, we felt relaxed and truly at home. I wish I could mention all their names here because every single person played a part in making our stay so special. The bartenders at the restaurants and the bar by the live piano music were absolutely amazing! This was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Princess Hotel Jamaica, for an unforgettable stay!

Shout out to Jason, Ricardo, Nicaldo from the Platinum Club. Jermaine our Butler, Janoi the chef. We had an excellent time you all made our stay so remarkably awesome. The food, the room compare to none. You all went beyond and above. We felt like family. I will be back soon and will certainly recommend this beautiful place to others. We will never forget our 25th anniversary because of you all. Thanks to every staff we came in contact with.

I want to big up the staffs of this wonderful hotel. Jason, Jermaine, Chef Johnoy, Nicaldo, Ricardo. These are some main persons who made our stay a memorable one. Thank you Princess. I have stayed at several hotels home and overseas and I can say without no fear of contradiction that these people are well trained 👏 and very hospitable. Keep doing what you are doing and this will become the number one hotel in the world.

What a wonderful first time to Jamaica! We were absolutely spoiled. Beautiful resort, the design and decor is gorgeous…so many stylish details ! Tonnes of seating both on the beach and in the lounge areas with gorgeous furniture The people here were so kind and friendly, enjoyed everyone we ran into Thank you Chevaune at reception for your great service and hugs We had two butlers (a service we have never had before) Jermaine and Kade, both were there to make our trip fantastic and they did! Thank you for all the specialties making my husband’s 60th amazing…the birthday cake, champagne, bubble bath, towel animals, cheese plates, the special drinks! All above and beyond, thank you! The food was delicious everywhere on the resort, Chef Johnoy at the Platinum Club restaurant was fantastic! Best filet mignon ! We saw him often whether it was for breakfast or dinner, always a smile on his face and ready to prepare you something special Chef Shandy (not sure that I got that right) from the Ka restaurant put on the best show for our table and all his staff participated in the singalong…thank you too for another birthday cake! The Pearl is the most beautiful restaurant and the food was so good, thank you Big Swish for your attentiveness, great young server So many great bars, Oshae was awesome up at the platinum bar, John at the piano bar and Morris at the Azul beach bar…thanks for all the drinks! Now Jevauhn is the piano man!! Wow he is fantastic and always brought in the crowd! We absolutely loved his shows!! Thank you for all the fun! Lots of great entertainment by the singers and musicians at the platinum restaurant or in the lobbies Beautiful hotel but the ocean was disappointing for us, great pools though
