My husband and I used to stay at this guest house with the previous owners and suffice to say we are more than happy with the experience under the new owners. Rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, shout out to Linda who looked after us at breakfast and tailored everything to our liking. This family run guest house is lovely and ideally located, short walk to all locations and attractions. This new owners are lovely and we had a good daily chat. We’ve already booked for next year with wider family and are also looking forward to a stay on our own. Would highly recommend

We have just returned from having a wonderful weeks holiday at the Shrewsbury, the new owner was fantastic, she could not do enough for us. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was plentiful. The drinks tray in the bedroom was topped up every day.

Excellent stay, nothing too much trouble for the new owner. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great no rush breakfast service, rooms serviced daily. Ideal central location and only a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants and town centre. Cannot recommend highly enough

Good location, a nice room, friendly owners and staff, and easy check-in and check-out. Lovely English breakfast that you pre-order, there are also cereals and fresh fruit. Free parking. I would recommend this place. It was great to stay here.

A lovely warm welcome from the owner. A good breakfast with lots of choice. Had to pre order cooked breakfast but that was not a problem. Always offering extra. Plenty of cereals, fruit and juices as well. Close to seafront and parking dealt with quickly by owner. 2 nights were not enough.

A great stay, room clean and big. Been staying at the same place for the past 8 years. This year it is under new management and nothing changed. The new people are just as welcoming couldn't do enough for us. Food was good,. We will be returning in August for another week. See you then.

The suite that we had was a good size and was spotlessly clean (as was the rest of the house) The rooms have all the essentials (kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar) plus a hair dryer and there was an iron and an ironing board available. The breakfast was excellent. The shower was only just good enough (it was weak on pressure) and if you want clean towels each day, they have to be paid for.

We are grandparents with a 5 year old and 11vyear old.Brilliant stay, 5 mins from beach. Such lovely,friendly people they could not do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice, amazing Rooms are very clean and tidy. Great sleep. We can't fault our 5x day stay there at all. Thank you so much.

My partner and I stayed at the Shrewsbury B&B for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Tony and Sandie were the most wonderful hosts you could wish to have and made us feel very welcome.......they also made us hot cross buns and a coffee on arrival and even bought us an Easter egg,excellent customer service. The location is brilliant being just down from the sea front and main attractions. Car parking is free and close to the property. The room was nice and clean and more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast was fabulous with a big choice of items and all freshly cooked each morning. I would highly recommend this B&B and we will definitely stay there again.
