"We stayed at this hotel for nine nights. The room for three people was very large and divided into two rooms. A refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and even a small kitchen with a microwave were available. There was also a lovely garden patio. The only slight drawback was the water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the ladies in the breakfast room were constantly clearing tables and making sure everything looked perfect. Since the underground parking garage cost extra, there were very few cars there. There was also direct access to the garage from the rear apartments. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available in the garage. The swimming pool and sauna were also very good. The location in Graz Strassgang was ideal for us. You can quickly get to the highway or the city center. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return."

Dissemos que o defeito foi amanhã às 10.00, a bem 2 pessoas diferentes e às 17.00, quando voltámos para a sala, ainda não foi reparado e, eles nos trouxeram para mudar de alojamento! Uma noite, enquanto estavamos fora para jantar, um número desconhecido ligou-nos e, pensando que era um spam, não respondimos! Ao chegarmos, descobrimos que a recepção tinha fechado às 21.00 e, nós estavamos fora da porta do hotel, sem chave! Chamámos um número de emergência e a pessoa que nos respondeu nos deu um código para entrar. Na noite seguinte, ou seja, sábado, eles nos chamaram para dizer que a recepção teria fechado às 19.00! Agora, estamos em agosto e em um hotel de 4 estrelas e a recepção fecha como um hotel de última categoria?"

Um ponto mais é que você pode comprar bebidas frias a preços acessíveis no automóvel em qualquer momento. Graz também é muito rápido e de volta graças à estação de autocarro próxima. O único ponto de desconto é que o nosso quarto não tinha mini-bar, mas também eles nos encontraram e nós podíamos usar o frigorífico do hotel."

"1) When I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, I found out that the hotel closes at 10:00 PM. The reception desk was empty, no one was there, and I hadn't received any emails or notifications. I tried calling the receptionist on duty, but he didn't answer. I tried calling the number provided by ***********, but they said, "Come back in the morning." Ultimately, I couldn't get into the hotel, and my money was gone. 2) Moreover, the hotel had the nerve to charge me 6 euros for parking. 3) There are no receptionists at the hotel—the owner cut corners on everything. What if something bad happens, like a fire? Maybe the owner cut corners on the fire extinguisher, too? 4) I know that some organisations (specially apartments) doesn't work 24/7 but neither *********** nor hotel predicted me during booking. Actually after hotel kicked me out, it send me instructions how to open safe with room key when reception sleeps, But sent AFTER, not before I came and lost both money and mood. Actually email indicated the closing time of 9pm, not 10pm as was mentions at reception itself"
