Foi a nossa primeira vez aqui e nós ficámos surpreendidos quando fomos ao local (os restos do antigo edifício do hotel)... para nossa alívio, o novo edifício do hotel está localizado justo atrás dele. A sala estava limpa e tranquila, e você não ouviu nada da estrada ocupada perto.O jantar e o pequeno-almoço inglês eram bons, e o pessoal na recepção e no restaurante eram amigáveis. Elegeramos este hotel novamente como paragem em viagens futuras.Ele está convenientemente localizado perto do A2 (por exemplo, para Dartford Crossing ou Folkestone/Dover)."

"Let us down big time, trying to book a wedding after party here, strung along saying yes we can do this and confirmed menu options and how many people. Speaking to them through email, tried to called but never answered, messaged at the beginning of june. Confirming all the plans. Today we called only to be told that august is the busiest month and over 350 people a day in august, I’m surprised as customers are never guaranteed especially this day and age. They couldn’t afford to shut the kitchen down for an hour for us. They’ve just lost £800 booking and food and drinks on tops which WAS guaranteed. Waste of time."
