Overall it was a very nice stay however the heating/cooling unit kind of had a mind of its own and worked when it wanted and not all the time and the refrigerator in the suite kept tripping the breaker. The other thing I would say is while the beds were nice they were not them was comfortable. But it was very clean and environmentally friendly. The breakfasts were nice with many choices and the staff was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay there again

The refrigerator in room 405 doesn't work. Upon investigating and pulling the refrigerator out myself, I determined that the wall plug for the refrigerator doesn't work. The fan to the bathroom also doesn't work. This is a new hotel! Upon checkout, I informed the clerk of the problems. She then admitted that the hotel was aware of the problems in that room and they were waiting on an electrician to fix it. Since the hotel was aware of the problem, why did they give me that room? There is a sign in the lobby that if a customer is not completely satisfied, that I would receive a free night's stay, which I asked for. The clerk advised that she didn't have the authority to give me a free night but she would have the manager call me that day. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from the manager.

The stay was overall good. Hotel was clean, our room was clean. Only complaint we had was that there was many children staying this particular weekend. I assume a travel hockey league with mostly early teenage boys. They were running halls and being extremely loud until well after 11 pm. The hostess tried to put us on a floor that was supposed to be quieter, but that did not stop the boys from running up and down the halls and making lots of noise. Other than that, it would’ve been a perfect stay. I know it’s out of my and the hotel staffs control.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. Top notch experience!

It was OK…arrived late and unfortunately we couldn’t figure out how to adjust our ac…called the desk and were told just to wait a second! No one ever came so my husband went to the desk himself, got some help…ac was very noisy, needs work!

This hotel had no breakfast l8ke they advertose and as the check in girl mentioned there would be. The check in girl had no knowledge of what stores% /restaurantsc were nearby. Not very helpful. Therevis no signage off the main highway for th8s hotel. I Reasonably priced, butvi would stay somewhere else near the airport next time

I love it staying at new hotels that are in such great condition.

Great stay! Very comfortable rooms. The hallways and stairwells could have been cleaner.

We did not have hot water the morning of our checkout.
