Between the dogs barking in the rooms and the constant door slamming, did not fall asleep until after 3:30am. When we voiced our concerns to staff we were told to stay on a higher floor next time. I did not pick the main floor, so that is a bit of a rude comment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They addressed our concern that our fridge was not working right away ( it was working) and didn’t hesitate when we asked for extra shampoo. Our room was clean and comfortable. The eating area/ lobby area is spacious with comfortable couches for lounging. The food at breakfast was a nice variety and usually well looked after. Overall a very pleasant get away.

Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable at check in/out. We were really happy with the cleanliness of the room and surrounding areas.
We would have loved to use the pool area, but because there was a basketball tournament that weekend, it was way too small to accommodate.
Overall a great hotel to stay at.

Price was outrageous, 220 a night is crazy, the price was way to high for the quality of rhe rooms, breakfast was not the greatest also!!

Clean room. Witnessed the staff telling a group in the lobby about being quiet for consideration to others in rooms that may have already went to bed. Nice to see her considering all guests.

When we arrived to check in , the gentleman at the counter just said do you have a reservation ? Not even a hello … no smile no welcome .. that sets the tone really. Also the seal around the toilet was off and it smelled of urine

Hotel staff was friendly and addressed our requests. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to event at the Alerus from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Different breakfast options daily. This was our 2nd stay and will definitely stay again.
