Therecwere no lights working in the entire parking lot or entry way. Very dark getti g from car to the building with luggage.

Great value for a one night stay before flying out of Appleton the next morning! Quick, friendly check in, clean and spacious room, nice variety of breakfast options. Would definitely consider staying here again at the rate we got.

Disappointed. Location is convenient for me so I have stayed here before, but some fairly significant issues on this stay. Hot tub was not working (again). Vents in my room were clogged with dust. The room refrigerator would have long periods of making very loud noise. I did share my concerns about the vents and the refrigerator as I was checking out, in hopes that they would be addressed before the next guest checked into that room. The receptionist did not seem to take my concerns seriously, saying that the refrigerators were all brand new, and that all the rooms get a deep clean once a month.

Hot tub out of order. Pool not the cleanest. It was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Very noisy! Front desk staff nice. Probably would not book again.

This was a night stop on our trip. Accommodations were very reasonable with friendly and accommodating. Staff room and amenities were ideal for our stop. Very nice!

We stayed here because they had a hot tub but that was closed. The shower curtain was dirty and wouldn’t stay closed and no hot water, just barely warm and not a strong stream.. also no housekeeping and when I made the bed the comforter under the sheet was horribly filthy. Had a hard time sleeping after seeing that. Staff was super friendly.

The toilet would not flush. I reserved a king-sized room one bed and I was given a queen bed. In the morning after I went to get breakfast and went back to my room my key card had been disabled so I was locked out of my room then I went down to the front desk and they didn't even have me booked in that room even though my stuff was in the room from the night prior . The shower was lukewarm if that when on the hot setting. I didn't even take a shower.
