Stayed there and used two suites. Perfect location, breakfast was good, and staff was very attentive. I will definitely stay here again. Worth the money we paid. Can't say recommend this hotel enough.

I would stay here again in all honesty but there are way better value for your money elsewhere. Having stayed in a few places similarly priced in Granada this was by far the worst maintained - none of the lights had bulbs other than the ceiling light, my bathroom was unclean (even the toilet clearly hadn’t been sanitized). All in all it was a totally fine experience and I felt safe and cared for, but definitely the facilities are not up to par with comparable properties even just a few blocks away. I’d also say depending on who you are it’s either better or worse to be in a bit quieter more residential zone than right by all the hostels, but it’s a short walk right to the middle of town. Staff was lovely even with my non-existent Spanish.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help you on any way they could , general manager Mrs Morales and her team make sure at all times my family and friends were very comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed place super clean they made me feel like home !! I highly recommend this property closed to the main market and excellent restaurants and La Calzada, Cathedral

The staff is excellent. The property is a bit dirty. The towels are not cleaned. There is only one choice of breakfast every morning. No variety. This is a 2 star hotel at best.

Surprising to find a spacious, high caliber accommodation so close to downtown Nicaragua. Would definitely book this place again if we visited Granada again.

Many things broken or missing, ask the staff and they will take from other rooms, or move you, if it is a weekday, weekends are packed. Shower drains tend to be higher than most of the flat Shower floor, so you stand in water that doesn't drain.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, four blocks away from the Cathedral, central park, restaurants, and stores. Breakfast included in the rate is very good. It is served every day from 7 to 9 am, in the cafeteria next to the pool, and includes diced fresh fruit, natural juice, coffee, rice, and beans, sometimes bacon or toast, and scrambled eggs. All the hotel staff is very friendly and always looking to help. Very reliable wifi service throughout the hotel. We stayed in a standard room, which has a nice size, one king bed and one full bed, cable TV, split A/C, and closet. The bathroom includes basic toiletries, small hair dryer, and towels. No refrigerator, safe box or coffee maker. The whole place is clean and has a very nice manicured gardens. I give it 4 stars because the standard room does not have a window which makes it kind of dark and cannot get natural air.

The hotel is conveniently located close to most attractions in Granada! There is a pool and lots of outdoor places to sit! The rooms are large and nicely furnished! We had one with a kitchen and large living room! The bed is very comfy and it is very quiet at night! Plaza Marbella is a great value in the beautiful city of Granada!
