Maravilhoso limpo muito agradável funcionarios muito atentos simpáticos sempre prontos a ajudar o restaurante impecável comida óptima e funcionarios com delicadeza e muito prestáveis amamos.Os jardins bem cuidados limpos o quarto sempre muito limpo com flores e chocolates.A senhora que limpa o quarto era muito agradável e os bares das piscinas os senhores eram tão divertidos.o spa é muito bom e a massagem a 2 foi formidável aconselho muito este hotel é um paraíso

Melhor restaurante da ilha. Comida excelente, serviço excelente com funcionarios suoer simpáticos. Um ambiente calmo e relaxado e muito agradável. Vale a pena a visita. Preços bastante acessiveis. Restaurante aberto nao só a hóspedes do hotel. A repetir já amanha.

Perfeito. Maravilhoso para um jantar de todo o tipo, seja em família, sozinha ou romântico. Boa variedade de carnes e peixes e uma simpatia excecional dole todos aqueles que aqui trabalham. Sem dúvida experiência a repetir! 5 estrelas, todos os dias!

Excepcionalmente limpo em toda a propriedade. Excelente equipe ao redor. A comida era ótima! Como duas jovens viajando sozinhas, nos sentimos extremamente seguros dentro e fora da propriedade.

A wonderful 5 night stay here in March 2024. We were half board and that was great for us for a short stay. Hotel is really lovely in a great position next to the promenade. With being HB, we had lunch at the nearby restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast and evening meal at the hotel were good, plenty of choice. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and even a set of scales! Cleaning and presentation of the hotel was of a very high standard. All staff were helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again! Would highly recommend!

First time in Gran Canaria, and we stayed at this jewel of a hotel tho the west of Meloneras. Manicured gardens, magnificent hotel, wonderful staff and a great location 1.5 miles from the Maspalomas lighthouse and a number of shops and restaurants with Lad Dunas, just beyond. We went half board although there was an AI option. Bar prices were lower than the uk for those not on AI. A local commercial area (very quiet) below the hotel overlooking Playa de Meloneras, also had a number of good restaurants and a supermarket for other essentials. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well kept. Its architecture and design is beautiful and tasteful, they kept buildings low and the hall is a masterpiece. You get stunning views everywhere, shelter from Northerly winds and the location is the last resort of the Meloneras stretch, so you only see ocean or golf club on the side. Quiet. They did a fine job with buffet and kids enter tainment. Nice soa. And if you are wondering whether the pools are heated, the answer is yes: 1 pool full heat, 1 even bigger one is half-heated, still enough. Special thanks to Paula, Alian and Janice - for taking great care of us and our kids!

This was our first visit to this the hotel and melenores as a destination itself. It certainly did not disappoint and we will be back in the future and have recommended the hotel to many others already. Everything about the hotel is well run, from the arrival process through to checking out and being provided a complimentary room for the afternoon once checked out due to a late flight. With a few exceptions the staff at this hotel are impeccable, they all genuinely seem happy and want to be there to help and make your visit what you would expect for a hotel of this standard. The main buffet restaurant is the best all inclusive food we have ever eaten at any hotel around the world and the al la carte restaurants are just as good, so if you have the opportunity to visit do so as the food and service is second to none. We love the no reservation of sun bed policy and the fact they implement it. So many people ignored it but soon found out the hotel really does mean no reserving. It makes for a far more relaxing holiday. We really did love this holiday and i cant recommend it enough. We look forward to visiting again soon.

My fourth visit. The staff could not be more helpful or friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the selection of food is endless and delicious. My room was lovely, opening to the main pool area. A great place for singles, couples and families with young children. Teens may find the actual resort outside the hotel a little quiet for their tastes although the hotel does offer evening entertainment and there is some activity 10 minutes stroll away. For a relaxing holiday in the sun, H10 Meloneras Palace is my favourite hotel.
